I filled DS-260 may/4/2015 today is may/5/2015 31 days gone but nvc still didn't complete our case but as nvc told they would take only 30 days to review ds-260 as well as civil documents but 31 days gone why they didnt our case so far please help me?

same for me(( I filled DS-260 may 4th and still nothing..

Hey, nyala62.. we fixed the checklist. But we have a little confusion.. The first time we mailed the correction; i-864 + transcript, hubby forgot to sign the new form.. therefore we had to send another one days later after we discovered the error. But hubby did not attach a transcript for the second time. I don't know if NVC will marry the two documents.. What is your opinion?. However, my new SD is 29th.. but we never received SD the first time we mailed..

I am not sure if this should be updated, because I didn't get it confirmed by e-mail yet.

Interview scheduled (confirmed via phone) on June 3rd

Interview date July 28th, 8:30

Embassy in Vilnius, Lithuania

(CC May 13th after the checklist)

I had a checklist may 14 that was issued according to the nvc I never received or my attorney I guess by me calling wAs a good thing cause one of the agents issued another email for that checklist I recived today issued may 27 I got it on June 7 ten days wow I don't understand why email takes ten days
