Called the NVC this morning to ask if my case had been reviewed (SD April 21, flagged for supervisor review May 27)

Laura, a super nice rep, told me that it hadn't been looked at yet, but that EP was averaging at 45 days (not 30), so for all you other EP filers out there, expect a discrepancy. She told me that my case had been flagged for review, and when I told her I knew that usually meant 42 days she kind of laughed and told me that while that's true, often it doesn't take as long and it could be any day now. I'm still not holding my breath for a timely review, but it was nice hearing some optimism. Made me feel a little hopeful, despite it all.

Good luck to everyone waiting for CC. I hope today and next week has fortune smiling upon you. :)

Rustyandjane7422 , I'm really getting frustrated everyday, only a checklist for my 2014 tax returns, because when I submitted the other documents, it wasn't ready in the irs system and I didn't want to give them my copies, because I know they will definitely comes back for it again, our original scanned date was March 27 and we got the checklist on April 22 I called irs immediately and they fax it to me and filled out another AOS and mailed it the next day, they received the documents on April 27 ,but it was scanned into their system on April 28, till this day they haven't review it and I was told on Monday that they have placed a note on our documents for a supervisor to review them asap. If they treating America citizen this way I wonder how those who are filing with LPR are going through. Just to bring my husband to come and live with me, has been come hell for me. It's not fair.

I feel you :( Don't worry in the end all of these will be worth it. We've been dealing to nvc since 2012 lol. And lots of time frustrations got into me but at the end of the day I always choose to have the patience. Don't let the frustration gets into you. Things will be okay and soon you and your husband will be together. Good luck to us :)

Well well well I just got off on the phone with nvc, the lady who seems like she doesn't want to be bothered told me the same story I was told on Monday that our checklist is in review by a supervisor and it will take 42 days to get a response, I'm just going to keep praying and keep calm, before I got myself sick with high blood pressure, thanks rustyandjane7422 for ur advice. Hopefully we hear from them soon. Nyala62 I hope u are doing good.

Hello everybody,

I'm updating this spreadsheet:

I've been waiting for IR-1 Visa Embassy Interview to be scheduled.

I just spoke with NVC customer service representative a half hour ago, asking if she has an

Embassy Interview scheduled for my case, and I got good news:

Original Scan Date: March 5, 2015
Checklist Scan Date: April 23, 2015

Case Completed Date: May 21, 2015 (28 days after checklist Scan Date),

confirmed over the phone from NVC customer service representative on May 21, 2015

Also, the third N/A showed up on website, being changed from "Paid" to N/A on May 21, 2015.

Interview was scheduled on June 2, 2015 and the Interview Date is July 2, 2015 at 1:00pm

at US Embassy in Bucharest / Romania. :dancing:

Good luck to all VJ members with their cases!

Keep in touch with updates ....
