Hi izap, Did you get e-mail for your Scan Date? or by phone?. Because my package was delivered to them on friday April 29, but I have not receive the SD email yet, Don't know how long it takes.....Fingers still crossed.

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

In my case we didn't get any email regarding the scan date. My husband called them and see if they receive the docs. It was sent April 23 and scan date is April 28. My case is complete but still waiting for my baby's case

Scan date April 17 I called today it's stiil in review the lady I spoke with yesterday I don't know if I misunderstood her or what still waiting any one get cc today

ArroTG Ur the only that's pretty much around the time of scan date

My SD is April 21 and my case is now flagged for supervisor review. At that time the count down resets and the wait to have your file looked at by a supervisor is 42 days. My file was flagged May 27. I intend to call every Tuesday and Friday, but when I called this Tuesday the line cut as the rep was loading my file and I wasn't going to wait again. If I get an update when I call on Friday I will let you all know. I'm anticipating a long wait, though.

September 29, 2012 - First met through a writing forum
January 5, 2014 - Engaged!
June 27, 2014 - Married!

USCIS:
September 23, 2014 - Sent off I-130 package
September 29, 2014 - Priority Date
September 30, 2014 - NOA1
March 26, 2015 - NOA2
April 2, 2015 - Case shipped to NVC

NVC:
April 13, 2015 - Case Number/IIN received
April 15, 2015 - DS-261 submitted
April 15, 2015 - AOS fee paid
April 21, 2015 - AOS package submitted
April 21, 2015 - IV package submitted
April 21, 2015 - Scan date

April 30, 2015 - DS-261 reviewed over the phone

May 12, 2015 - IV fee paid (late due to "EP lock")
May 13, 2015 - DS-260 submitted

May 27, 2015 - AOS/IV packages still not reviewed, flagged for supervisor review

July 10, 2015 - Supervisor review does nothing, flagged for unit manager review
August 11, 2015 - Case Complete!

Interview:

October 6, 2015 - Medical

October 13, 2015 - Interview date (AP - need to submit copy of 2014 W2)
October 21, 2015 - Visa status changed to "READY" and then a few hours later "ISSUED"

October 28, 2015 - Passport received (was available for pickup Oct. 27)
October 28, 2015 - POE fee paid
October 30, 2015 - POE!

After POE:
November 9, 2015 - Received SSN (checked off option to apply on forms)
December 1, 2015 - Received Green Card

ArroTG We gonna get through this the second of this month it's been a year since I applied all been long wait for me just wishing for some luck for all who being wating over the time line this needs patience

Hello everyone is anyone facing this problem with the nvc process, our checklist scan date was April 28, up till now it has not been review, I call and the lady told me they have reviewed all our other documents, but waiting for the checklist AOS to be review, and I asked her I thought they said it takes 30 days from the date it was scanned, so what is the problem, she said she has seen a note on our documents to be review asap, because we've passed the 30 days waiting period. I'm missing my husband and it giving me a sleepless night.

I was told the same thing, that they would flag our case and it would be reviewed immediately.... 3 days passed.

SD is also 28th of April

Hi All - I Just called NVC and they said that the checklist documents are under review! what does this mean? Does it mean they're actually reviewing the documents as we speak or just the technical jargon?
