SD 28th April, still nothing :/

Did you call them? It was 1:07 am this morning when I saw the 3 NAs and called them to confirm later in the morning. I also had SD 4/28.

NAO1.......11/25/2013

NAO2.......10/01/2014

NVC Case #......11/28/2014

Case Complete......5/27/2015

Medical.......9/22/2015

Interview........10/06/2015 (Administrative Processing)

Visa Issued.......11/2/2015

DHL Email......11/4/2015

VISA Received.......????????

POE..........??????????

I have 3 case : me and 2 son. SD 04/28/2015 but 1 son: him case completed yesterday ( CC 05/28/2015 ), 2 case still nothing...I waiting

hey guys my husband just called nvc and the representative said my case is completed and just waiting for a finalization of an associated case which is the case of our baby. does it mean my case is already approved? The representative kinda gave a hanging info so I dunno what to feel lol.

i'd say urs is completed and they reviewing ur childs case. call tomorrow again :)

Good Morning all!

I got a check list on the 8th of May to send my son's biographical page. My lawyer sent it immediatly, but i called twice since (last time being today) and was told they have not received it yet. Is this normal? Does it really take 3 weeks and more for them to receive a document?

My lawyer says to just wait and that they have delays processing so they probably have not gotten to it yet. But three weeks seems a lot to me.

Any experiences on this? Does it really take this long just to receive it?

Wow I really hope that's the case. I really thought we might get a checklist regarding my case. Anyway thank you for your insight. :)

Hi everyone,

Scan date April 27th (checklist No. 1). Just saw 3 N/A 20 minutes ago!!! called NVC and got them on my first attempt...case completed yesterday!

Thank you for all the great advice on this forum and good luck to all!

Married March 16th 2006

USCIS Stage

Novembe30th 2014 - Filed I-130 with California Service Center

December 5th 2014 - NOA1 received

January 5th 2015 – Status changed to approved

NVC Stage

January 21st - Case received

February 23th 2015 – Got Case number/invoice number & Completed choice of agent

February 24th 2015 - Paid AOS fee

March 18th 2015 – Paid IV fee and completed DS230

March 24th - Scan Date

April 17th – Check list for AOS (2014 tax information)

April 22nd – Sent new AOS

April 27th – New Scan Date

May 28th – Case Complete!!!

Hello everybody,


Updating the spreadsheet:


- Original Scan Date: March 5, 2015 (IR-1 Visa)


- Checklist Scan Date: April 23, 2015


- Case Completed Date: May 21, 2015 (28 days since checklist scan date) over the phone


- 3rd N/A on website changed also on May 21, 2015


- Email confirmation for CC: May 29, 2015


Now I'm waiting for P4 email letter (Interview instructions) and Embassy Interview schedule date.


Hopefully the Embassy Interview schedule will be done next week (early June) for the month of July 2015.

SD May 1. Still waiting :clock: Do they send out an email if there's a RFE checklist?

Married 2001, conditional resident 2003, permanent resident 2005.Left U.S 2012, abandoned green card 2013.Applied I-130 Nov 2014, approved Dec 2014. DS260 13th Apr 2015. Docs sent 27 Apr. Scan date May 1. Case complete June 4!Interview July 14th, rescheduled to Oct 20th.  Applied for N400 on November 6th, 2018. I'm the immigrant :)

February 18, 2015 I-130 Suspended

February 23, 2015 I-130 RFE sent via priority express

February 25, 2015 USPS Delivered RFE

February 26, 2015 USCIS Received RFE and case resume

March 8, 2015 I-130 Case Approved - email notification

March 12, 2015 I-130 Case Approved - Mail

NVC STAGE

March 27, 2015 NVC Received Case (19 days)

April 6, 2015 Case # Assigned (On the phone close to 2 hours)

April 6, 2015 DS-261 Completed

April 7, 2015 Paid AOS Fee

April 7, 2015 Sent in AOS and IV Package

April 8, 2015 USPS Delivered AOS/IV Package / Scanned Date

April 9, 2015 AOS Fee status showed "PAID"

April 11, 2015 Received NVC Welcome Letter

In our case the 3 N/A came a day after the case was completed (according to the rep)
