Hi All,

Can you please change my scan date from 07/05/2015 to 11/05/2015 as I called NVC on Thursday and was told that they have scanned my documents four days after they received my documents. I was also told to wait 30 days from the date of Scan. Finger cross it all will be completed by the time my PD is current. Thank you.

Same thing happend with me as I called this Friday and I have been told that my scan date is the 27 of April and the 24 was the date the received my docs! My 30 th day will be next Wednesday ! I m hoping for cc with no checklist thanks in advance! Good luck to everyone !

I am showing an "N/A" on the Affidavit of Support Fee (it used to show "Paid"), but still showing "Paid" for the IV Fee and "Completed for the "IV Application."

Any idea what this means? My best guess is that they've completed the AoS documentation - and possibly the IV documentation, but that hasn't been input yet.

I'll be calling them first thing in the morning to follow up.

So close I can taste it...

They received my docs the 24 of April and my scan date was the 27 I just saw 3 n/a too . is this case complete or it could be a checklist?

Hi guys. I need help any insights you have are very much appreciated. I even don't know if it's the right thread to post my question, sorry for that.

My husband submitted his 2014 tax return together with the aos forms but it wasn't filed yet coz his tax lady messed up with the deductions and computations. Now we are thinking we might receive our 2nd checklist regarding that. He just told me that problem yesterday He plans to fix this once we move to his place. He doesn't have enough money to fix that and the expenses we are facing for the medical and ticket. My question is since his 2014 tax return was not filed yet definitely we can't submit one, do we need to have a joint sponsor then? Any suggestions guys what are the options to solve this? Well he submitted his latest pay stubs with it.

I got a checklists in March,sent in the reply was received by NVC 28th may,resent a Correction Was received 18th may.which of the two scan dates will be considered?thanks

if you do get one try to see about getting an extension letter for the 2014 taxes I know that some people have done that with no issues .
