scan dates/case complete/interview thread

Helllllllllllllooooooooooooooooooooooooooo everybody!!!

It ia really exciting to be writing our very first posting in this part of the forum.

On 21st May it was my partners bday and that was the day I checked CAEC and saw 3 N/A's called NVC, to which they said which they said we had case complete.

We have received any emails as of yet though to confirm CC however.

We have planned a huge month long adventure around South East Asia, from 1st June until 1st July, visiting Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. So really, really hoping the interview isnt schduled between those date.

We have decided to get things ready however, I will go and get some blood tests to see what I have already been vaccinated against, get the police report. So when are back we can go straight to do the medical.

If by any chance it is scheduled sooner than later, do you think I could go to an approved US doctor in another country and take that to the US Sydney Australia embassy??

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

Can you do that... I didnt realise you could call them directly!

This link to medical and when you will get a PDF of your embassy! And what rules they do have concerning doctors! Good luck

Now I got a nice one on the phone and she said give it two weeks hahahaha because my SD is April 27 and they received it on Friday I recommend that you call them and ask them for your scan date not the date they received your docs! Anyways 30 days will be next Tuesday ! For me ! Good luck

No CC with SD 04/24?? Anyone? Is this forreal? I guess we are schedule for Tuesday. Smh. We have to go thru a whole weekend again.... ugh. chanhphamvn remember we are lucky our CC are taking a month, before it used to be 60 days!!!! at least they have reduced the waiting and hopefully we get no checklist. OMG waiting til tuesday it's terrifying now imagine getting a checklist and waiting extra 30 days. Hell nooooo!!! I keep praying! :innocent::innocent::innocent::innocent:

AOS CHECKLIST the total income not match with the 2014 tax return because my lawyer not total all household member, just a small problem then waiting another month ,so sad

Still waiting, it feels like I been at NVC forever....no case complete yet. :clock::crying:. I called twice this week and they still haven't gotten around to checking my file. My scan date after checklist is April 20 and I submitted my DS-260 May 4th (wondering if I should go off that date??). anywhooo good luck everyone.

20-APR-2015 Called NVC rep checked DS-261 form, yay finally!!
23-APR-2015 Received IV invoice through email but cant pay online yet... :cry:
27-APR-2015 Finally Paid IV fee
04-MAY-2015 Submitted DS-260 form
16-JUN-2015 Supervisor Review (they are so inadequate ..grrr)
13-JUL-2015 Case Complete with Supervisor on the phone
20-JUL-2015 Received Official Case Complete letter...waiting for interview :dancing:
23-SEPT-2015 Interview!! - They asked for a joint sponsor - received hated 221g form (at least it wasn't a "NO")
25-NOV-2015 Finally sent the documents required with 221g form...
30-NOV-2015 They updated my case file on CEAC but still reads "Admin Processing"..(crossing fingers)

14-DEC-2015 They "touched" and update my case file at the embassy, still under AP

28-DEC-2015 They touched my file again...still under AP

29-DEC-2015 !!!! VISA ISSUED - According to CEAC site...yay!! (now waiting to see when we can pick up)

Good people, my daughter has a checklist for 2014 taxes, what can we do? i have a CC and we had the same SD of 20th April.. Please people, what can i do? can we request them to allow us to take the taxes to the interview? Please help us with ideas

Did you ask if you can bring it on the interview?

My scan date (3rd or 4th checklist) was 4/27 and I got 3 N/As this morning....waiting on hold with the NVC now to confirm....I hope this is it!!!

Added and congrats! Regarding on your interview you can always reschedule.

Familiasevilla have you tried downloading the magic jack app. It's completely free and it let you make free phone calls. My husband usually works all day and don't have time to call and I call thru the magic jack app without paying :-)
