To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

Hi All,

I've been reading this thread for a while but haven't posted yet. It's been a big help in keeping track of where the NVC are, so just to give you guys with scan dates 4/24 onwards some encouragement, I got my third N/A this morning. Our checklist scan date was 4/30, so the NVC are working on later scan dates too!

Scan date 04/21, just got off the phone with the NVC and they told me my documents have not yet been reviewed. She said they average 30 days, so it should be "any day now". Ergh. Praying for no checklist so all we'll have to wait on after that is the review of our DS-260.

September 29, 2012 - First met through a writing forum
January 5, 2014 - Engaged!
June 27, 2014 - Married!

USCIS:
September 23, 2014 - Sent off I-130 package
September 29, 2014 - Priority Date
September 30, 2014 - NOA1
March 26, 2015 - NOA2
April 2, 2015 - Case shipped to NVC

NVC:
April 13, 2015 - Case Number/IIN received
April 15, 2015 - DS-261 submitted
April 15, 2015 - AOS fee paid
April 21, 2015 - AOS package submitted
April 21, 2015 - IV package submitted
April 21, 2015 - Scan date

April 30, 2015 - DS-261 reviewed over the phone

May 12, 2015 - IV fee paid (late due to "EP lock")
May 13, 2015 - DS-260 submitted

May 27, 2015 - AOS/IV packages still not reviewed, flagged for supervisor review

July 10, 2015 - Supervisor review does nothing, flagged for unit manager review
August 11, 2015 - Case Complete!

Interview:

October 6, 2015 - Medical

October 13, 2015 - Interview date (AP - need to submit copy of 2014 W2)
October 21, 2015 - Visa status changed to "READY" and then a few hours later "ISSUED"

October 28, 2015 - Passport received (was available for pickup Oct. 27)
October 28, 2015 - POE fee paid
October 30, 2015 - POE!

After POE:
November 9, 2015 - Received SSN (checked off option to apply on forms)
December 1, 2015 - Received Green Card

Hi my scan date was 21st April and case complete on 20th May. Hopefully London embassy interview will be assigned soon!

Day 28/30 today. Scan Date 04/24, still no 3 N/As yet. Any hope this week? or we should just wait for next week? ....Any way Monday is a federal holiday.

Why not try calling? Ive seen a lotta people with no 3rd NA But have CC's. I too didnt get a NA right away, i saw it 3-5 days after my CC.

I m 4/24 SD too I will save my call for later today ! Hoping for a cc and Starting new questions ! Like I got my cc when is my interview , I got my interview when is my visa , I got my visa when .... By the end of this process I will get older and older thanks to minority rules that makes it hard on a majority that can't say a thing and will have just one choice to execute .

Hello everyone,

Do you guys know if the DS261 processing time is 42 days or 42 business days? It's been already 40 days and they haven't reviewed mine. They also say they cannot do it over the phone because I didn't choose myself or my spouse as the agent. Any thoughts on this?

So, we still don't have a CC on my daughter's case. Hubby called last night and was confirmed on my case complete on 19th. For the child, he was told that is was being reviewed. So i am wondering how long it takes to complete review if it was being reviewed last night. I expected to wake up to some important news.But not just yet! HELP US GOD! Nyala62, we are getting out of here tonight. #HopesAlive

Mother & Daughter
Mom's CC: May 19 2015
Kid's CC: July 10th 2015(after checklist)
Interview Scheduled: August 27th 2015
Medical Date: Sept 11th 2015(Passed!!!)
Registered our appointment online: Sept 16th 2015
Interview Date: Sept 29th 2015 Approved!!
Visa in Hand: October 1st 2015
POE: 11th October 2015 - Philadelphia
