On 3/28 I sent an email inquiry to NVC and today I received this email from them: Dear Sir/Madam:

We received documents for your case on April 28, 2015. Please allow 45 days for us to review your documents. We will notify you with further instructions after we finish our review.

I feel you. SD 04/21 here. I'm worried that they're going to tell me I have to wait for my DS-260 to be reviewed, since it got locked in the system for an unusual amount of time before I was able to submit it, but I still keep checking ceac. Ugh.

21st and 20th April is more or less the same SD.. I can honestly say, to be held in suspense not a good feeling... when did you submit you DS-260? So now, whats the point of mailing the AOS/IV package early and then get reviewed after the 260 which always comes as the last item? I am kinda confused with this new information...

We were only able to submit the DS-260 on May 13 (almost a week ago today). The IV fee was unavailable for two weeks from when I had the DS-261 reviewed, and I had to go under supervisor review to get it unlocked. I'm not sure if we'll have to wait for 30 days to pass after submitting the DS-260 or not - I'm going off of what rachel23 is saying about when she calls. On Thursday (my 30/30) I'm going to call if I don't have 3 N/A, so I'll update you at that time about what they say to me.

Sure! I can tell you that we're picking it up at the office we chose in Mumbai; at the OFC office. It's about a 10 min walk from the consulate.
