Hi everyone! My husband had his interview today, May 18th @ 7:30 am IST in Mumbai and he was APPROVED!!! :dancing::dancing:

It's been a long 5 1/2 years without him so we are so relieved that we will finally get to live together as a normal couple! We're hoping to get his passport back in the next couple days and possibly get booked on my same return flight!

Visa in Hand: October 1st 2015
POE: 11th October 2015 - Philadelphia

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

Btw do you know how long on average the wait time between cc and interview is for Mumbai?

Well for us, it was 67 days from cc to interview. It took 12 days from from cc to get the date of interview.

NVC made history in answering their phones this morning under 5 min. CC 4/20 but no appointment scheduled yet, a little disappointed but what can I do but wait hopefully it will be over soon.

The average wait time for our country is 60-90 days, just keep praying, maybe they'll get better at scheduling

Did you guys receive his passport yet? What's procedure for that? Do they give at same day or courier or do you have to pick up at VFS location? My husband appt is coming up, and we want to come here right after the appointment.

Waiting for an IR-1 Visa case to be completed at NVC.
Original Scan Date: March 5, 2015
Checklist Scan Date: April 23, 2015

I did not receive yet the "Case Complete" status. Hopefully it will come this week.

Congrats too all of those who got "Case Complete" and "Interview Schedule Date" recently.

It sucks I want to go visit but I also want to be there for the interview I've already but in time on my job for July but it looks like I'm going to have to change it. I just want to know so I can make arrangements

Folks, It seems NVC have stopped reviewing the documents or what? No more CCs for the VJ members since 05/13 according to the spreadsheet.... :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow:

Then why they give 30 days spiel when we call ? my sd is 20-apr and still no CC. I called last friday and was told to wait till 20-May.

What is NVC doing ?

No CC yet either. Called and they said I have to count 30 days since my ds-260 was submitted so have to wait until May 29th.

My scan date is April 20th.

What is NVC doing ?

We don't know what they are doing...Keep skipping some SDs to the later ones?....Some got CC in 9, 10, 15 days. You can not understand how the reviewing works.
