I Got my CC on May 1, how can i get my interview date out? Of the operators???... I think they don't want to tell me, cause they always tell me ill get a email with all the info and Date... But so far no email has arrived. Any Ideas? My Country is Honduras.

I don't want to sound bad or anything but I don't think you have an interview date yet. If you are the beneficially or the applicant they can't hold anything from you at all, in any case they are happy to give you good news. So I think what they are saying is once your interview is scheduled they will send you the email with date and time...like everyone else, but if you call before you get your email and they already have the date then they will give it to you over the phone. kind of soon too to get your CC on May 1 and get an interview right away though it could happen.

Hey guys, im sorry if my question is irrelevant, i need some help. My husband's income does not meet the mentioned poverty guideline, so his brother will be helping him out.

Since his brother (who isnt married, nor has any kids) lives with my husband, he qualifies to fill the form I-1864A.. Right? Thats what i read on the i-1864A instructions - quote :
“a relative who has the same prinicipal residence as the sponsor and is related to the sponsor as a spouse, adult child, parent or sibling”

I also read this :

In filling out the I-864A, the household member is taking on the obligations involved with sponsoring an alien and adding his/her income to the petitioner's income to meet or exceed 125% of the poverty guideline level. For example, if petitioner A makes $10,000 and his father, who lives in the same household, makes $20,000, the father would complete I-864A. The two incomes would then be combined to equal $30,000, thereby allowing the financial requirement to be satisfied.

Should I go ahead with this?? because i feel by doing this he can simple add to my husbands income. If anyone has an idea about this or has done the same thing, please share your experience.

Received the expected checklist by email today. Checklist issued May 6, and it's about AOS transcripts as I expected. Delivery by mail will take forever so it'll be another 2 weeks before checklist scan date :( . Does anybody know if we can send our package and joint sponsor's package separately (but under the assigned cover sheet)? Or will that mess everything up? I was just wondering whether we could mail ours from here and our joint sponsor from the US.

As an update:

SD = 4/6/15

CC = 4/27/15

Interview Email = 5/7/15

Interview Date = 6/22/15

We were hoping it was going to be the first week of June based on some other people in Canada being between 40-46 days between CC and Interview Date. That didn't happen, it's a little longer for us, but at least it's coming!

June 22: CR-1 Interview at Montreal Consulate = Approved

July 6: E-mailed Consulate as status has been 'Ready" since Interview with same date

July 7: Case Status as "Ready" and Date Updated

July 13: E-mailed, no update again

July 13: Case Status as "Ready" and Date Updated

July 24: E-mailed again, no update

July 24: Case Status as "Ready" and Date Updated

July 27: Date Updates by itself still "Ready"

July 28: Get Email from Montreal US Consulate requesting to go back and redo fingerprints

July 28: Drive halfway to Montreal

July 29: Get to Montreal

July 30 (8am): Redo fingerprints, consular officer apologizes for having us comeback for fingerprints, issues us the Visa on the spot

July 30 (3pm): VISA in HAND!

August 3: Florida move!

You can print the transcripts online or get them at an IRS office.
