Hi BellaRose,

I received the email stating that they received my package on 4/16/15 and later confirmed via phone with NVC.

I called (1 hour and 08 min wait) again today 5/6/15 and the operator explain that its going to be 30 days review after the package arrive.

He told me that I should be seeing something next week or the week after... (F)

Have you called to confirm if they received all your documents?

On 04/29 i called NVC and they confirmed that my package arrived on 04/17 and my documents were scanned into their system on 04/20. They also told me to allow 30 days for review. It doesn't hurt to call, to be honest i feel a little more at ease with confirming 30 days review time.

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

I really need some opinion on this:

I have seen 3 N/A on 04/29. So I called to confirm it, and operator said that its CC.

I again called Monday 05/04 to check for interview updates, and CC email. Again they told it was CC on 04/29, and wait for interview date.

Today, I have received email saying that all of the necessary documents has been received by NVC, and waiting for interview.

Until this I was like, then I have to wait for interview email or call to NVC.

Suddenly, I got an email again today around afternoon from NVC that CHECKLIST for police certificate. Interestingly, this email has a PDF which is dated on 04/30/2015 right after my CC date.


I don't know is it really a check list or what? I really appreciate your guys opinion.

I think you need to confirm this matter with a NVC rep.

my case was reviewed on the 5/4/2015 got checklist scan date was 4/10/2015 how long until i get a email about my checklist?

Some 3-7 days.

Congrats!

I was hoping to get lucky and have an interview date but the rep. said for me to call back after next week to see if one is assigned to me by then or not. Yikes, I thought getting a CC was hard.... maybe getting an interview date is harder?

Thanks hun! And regarding with the interview it really depends on the country, ive seen someone gets the cc and the interview all at the same time or worst months.

My case status just became Ready does that mean the papers are in the consulate already?

2014-07-22: Filed Form I-130 for Spouse (Nebraska Service Center).

2014-07-28: Received Hard Copy NoA1.

2014-12-24: Approved by USCIS. Awaiting NoA2 in mail. (No RFE :dancing: )

2015-01-03: NoA2 arrived in mail.

2015-01-05: Sent to the Department of State for visa processing.

Checklist for what? and when is your SD?

They still haven't opened my second fee up and my sponsor just needs to be a household member instead -_-

I was EP, with a scan date of April 2nd .
