Have you considered contacting your senator/congressman? We waited for too long(63 days) before our papers were reviewed before the checklist.. but they were reviewed once the congressman intervened. We still in the journey but it feels better when you know they are working on your papers.Cheers

I have no idea how to do that

I live in Italy and just calling nvc is a big deal (in terms of timings and costs). I wouldn't know how to contact a senator or congressman

You only need to email your congressman. Google to find his email address and telephone numbers.

First of all thank you for your advice. I really appreciate! How do I find out who my congressman is? (I had no idea I had one- This is how naive I am with this whole process ..)

Yes I did, what is interesting this time, the rep told me allow 45 days for the review process, which is up from yesterday; when I was told 30 days are not up yet hmmmmmm !!!!!!

Furthermore; EP usually takes longer than physical mail

No news for us either yet (SD 04/10). I keep checking the CEAC website several times a day for the 3 N/A's, and my email for a checklist

I think theyre having technical difficulties, my husband called 1st thing in the morning and the representative took 7 mins to pull out our account which is really weird. By the spreadsheet they should be done with sc 9-10 it should be 13 onward but hell with it! Its NVC what do we expect.
