Did you get a cc? or did you get a checklist and April 20 is your new scan date? if so, you are OK. But if April 20 is your scan date, most likely they will ask for 2014 taxes. My SD was April 3 and I used 2013 taxes as most current and got a cc because my SD was before tax due date (April 15).

CeeMu, I'm scared too...My scan date is 04/24 for a Checklist of original signature and the household size only. NVC did not request 2014 tax return. Can I send something they did not ask.....OMG. Then I'm cripping too

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

Fayriebaby just finished talking to a rep at nvc you are right my interview was scheduled last Friday. I got June 8 interview. Thanks a lot. Praying for everyone else waiting for cc and Interview Schedule.???

I dont know if theres such thing, but i put expedited on your name. Is there going to be a CC if its expedited? I thought its going straight to the embassy from there on?

I just got off the phone as well, after being on hold 2 hours and ofcourse nothing has changed.

I learnt the NVC are now working on 04/09 Scan Dates....Is that true? Any body has idea?

UGH IKR!! I hope we can have our CC's this week. Yes i think this week is sc 4/9 above.

Please update me!!

Hi,

I've been following this thread for a while now,

Can you add me?

last scan date after check list 6th january (EP)

After waiting for so long without any news, finally yesterday i decided to call nvc to see what was going on. I had received a check list for my last son's DS-260 on the 24th of december 2014 and completed it on the 6th of january 2015. But yesterday operator at nvc said they do not have it in their sistem. I doubled checked ond offered to read the confirmation number i had for it but he said that it was not necessary, that he belived me and that it was very weird. He sayd he would put me under review (I'm not sure if this means under SUPERVISOR review or just REGULAR review again?). I find this whole thing very awkward. Beside the frustration of the wait. How can it be possible for me to sign in on nvc and see that the DS-260 is complete and for them not to see it? Has this ever happened to anibody before? I hope it wont take too long now...
