To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

Hi - Can I please get updated on the spreadsheet.

I got hit with my 2nd checklist - This time for 2014 Taxes (Wish they had just mentioned this during the 1st checklist)

Checklist SD: April 17th 2015

New Checklist Date: May 1st 2015 - Over the phone today (actual checklist is yet to be received) --> 15 DAYS REVIEW TIME

I've already gathered all the 2014 documents for my joint sponsor and already drafted a letter on behalf of my mom (she just signed it) for why she didn't file taxes for 2014 --> since she's unemployed

my questions is, do I need to wait for the actual check list to mail the updated AOS documents or can I go ahead and send them now and save a few days by not waiting on the checklist?

Aww thats awful

Some said they sent their checklist mail with the previous cover letter but im not really sure it works. Lets just wait for another confirmation from some of our fellow VJers.

I got checklisted for 2014 taxes, sent them form 1040 and cover letter explaininf that the transcript is not ready yet on 28th of April

You have the same scan date, I sent same documents but without explanation letter because they already know that there is no transcript yet at that date

I am wondering if there is anyone got feedback of 2014 tax checklist from NVC

I'm trying to figure out the DHL tracking. Is there a trick to it or is what you see what you get kind of thing?

People...I am so scared!!! Seen a member "Mahsam" of SD April 17 got a checklisted for 2014 taxes, well we did not have a checklist asking for them, we had only 2013 taxes. What to do? Do we call to find out about ours? Aaarrrggghh!!!! We are Apr 20 Scan date.. Anxiety has started cripping in..

Mom's CC: May 19 2015
Kid's CC: July 10th 2015(after checklist)
Interview Scheduled: August 27th 2015
Medical Date: Sept 11th 2015(Passed!!!)
Registered our appointment online: Sept 16th 2015
Interview Date: Sept 29th 2015 Approved!!
Visa in Hand: October 1st 2015
POE: 11th October 2015 - Philadelphia

Did you get a cc? or did you get a checklist and April 20 is your new scan date? if so, you are OK. But if April 20 is your scan date, most likely they will ask for 2014 taxes. My SD was April 3 and I used 2013 taxes as most current and got a cc because my SD was before tax due date (April 15).

What about if NVC did not request the 2014 tax return in the checklist?

Checklist was dated April 14

Checklist SD was April 20

Only had sent in 2013 taxes and was not checklisted about tax information
