Dec 12/08/2015: NOA 2 (Nebraska)
Dec 12/09/2015: Sent to NVC
TOTAL DAYS IN USCIS: 107
NVC STAGE
Dec 12/11/2015: Case received at NVC
Dec 12/28/2015: Case # and Invoice number received
Dec 12/28/2015: Paid AOS Fee
Dec 12/28/2015: Completed DS-261 Choice of Agent
Dec 12/31/2015: NVC Welcome letter received by snail mail
Jan 01/06/2016: Reviewed DS-261 over the phone
Jan 01/07/2016: Choice of agent email + IV fee bill invoiced

New to this thread

I am CC since 12/18/15 yet AOS changed to N/A just yesterday.

Would that mean my case left NVC and it is sent to the embassy?

12/10/2013 Priority Date

05/19/2015 I-130 Approved

05/26/2015 NOA 2 received

NVC

09/12/15 AOS & IV fees paid

09/16/15 Application online & Documents sent to NVC

09/21/15 Scan Date (email on 09/24/15)

10/20/15 Call NVC. 3 of my original documents are not in English or in Greek (? :huh:?)

11/09/15 Received email with checklist

11/11/15 Checklist documents mailed to NVC

11/16/15 2nd Scan Date (email on 11/18/15)

12/18/15 CC. Got email on 12/25/15

It seems that 3 N/A doesn't mean CC or any other change in our cases

My case is CC since 12/18/15. AOS status changed to N/A on 1/21/16 so I supposed the case left NVC for the embassy.

Well, wrong. I called yesterday NVC and they told me there is no change in my status. Still waiting for the Interview scheduling

Hey guys! ... Anyone on here got a checklist for signing the I-864 in blue ink or STILL remember signing the document using blue BUT didn't get a checklist...?

My husband signed I-864EZ in blue ink. No checklist. (That was in September, 2015. I don't know if there are any new instructions regarding this, though)
