I mean CC. The told me over the phone that my CC date is 9/2, but I have not received any email from NVC. Have you received anything?

Nothing yet. I just got confirmation by calling NVC. Called them again yesterday to ask about my interview date but no news yet.

02/20/2015 - NOA1 mail received

07/09/2015 - Approved! NOA2 e-mail received.

07/17/2015 - NVC received

08/06/2015 - Case number assigned, submitted DS-261 and paid AOS bill

08/15/2015 - Received welcome letter

08/15/2015 - Sent AOS & IV package

08/19/2015 - NVC received AOS & IV package (scan date)

08/21/2015 - Paid IV bill

08/24/2015 - submitted DS-260

09/04/2015 - Case Complete! (16 days after scan date)

09/10/2015 - Got interview date - Oct 27, 2015

09/14/2015 - Received interview letter (P4) via e-mail

10/27/2015 - Interview in Jakarta

10/27/2015 - Visa Approved! Praise the Lord :dancing:

10/28/2015 - CEAC status changed to issued

11/26/2015 - POE : Washington, DC

12/23/2015 - Green Card in hand. Thank you Jesus! :star:

I got interview date so fast!! ??

My CC: 8 september 2015

interview is scheduled for 08:30 on 16-OCT-2015 at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in MUMBAI (BOMBAY), INDIA.

No expedite!!

Here is our case history

5 march 2015 uscis recieved i-130 case and set as priority date

5 may 2015 uscis approved i-130 and sent to NVC

At that time my husband is LPR

5 june 2015 NVC assigned number (visa category F2A)

16 july 2015 my husband become US citizen

Send naturalization documents to NVC

28 july 2015 my visa category changed to CR1

4 august 2015 NVC send mail to pay fees. invoice number got.

7 august 2015 My attorney paid AOS and IV fees

10 august 2015 Payment status of AOS and IV fees is change to paid

11 august 2015 DS260 filled electronically

13 august 2015 DS260 filled completed status shown

14 august 2015 checklist send by NVC

17 august 2015 PCC got from passport office

17 august 2015 send docs(AOS & civil) to NVC

19 august 2015 NVC recieved packets (scan date)

8 september 2015 case completed at NVC

16 October 2015 interview at bombay

And our consulate is mumbai, India

And we have attorney in case

So so happy!!!

Got interview date as well. So happy!

Case complete on 3rd of September, received interview date on 15th of September, interview will be on 6th of October. Amazing!

So our scan date was 10-Aug

Case complete 31-Aug

Interview scheduled 11-Sep

Interview is 5-Oct

I am the petitioner, he still lives overseas

found each other August 2009
started courting December 2010
first held hands February 2011
engaged June 2013
married May 2014
began process January 2015

Most recent update: Interviewed on 05-OCT 2015. Approved and visa in hand!!!

2012 really? Why what happened?

I started my process back in dicember of 2012 and i just got a case complete on 08/03. Now just patiently waiting for the interview. Ive waited this long, cant go crazy so close to the finishline.... Good Vibes!!!

You should call NVC. After our checklist was scanned, it was 54 days before our case was sent to a supervisor,and that was only because I asked NVC to please do so. The supervisor gave us case complete 8 days after it was sent to him or her.

I-130 NOA1 : 2014-09-08 I-130

I-130 Appr5oved : 2015-02-22

NVC Received : 2015-03-09

Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : 2015-03-20

Pay AOS Bill : 2015-03-28

Submit DS-261 : 2015-04-25

Receive IV Bill : 2015-04-14

Pay IV Bill : 2015-04-22

Send IV Package : 2015-04-28

Well good grief! I don't know why NVC is so inefficient and incompetent. NVC seems like a big mud bog. People get stuck in it and getting OUT of it seems to take forever! Our case has been stuck in the quagmire of NVC for 210 days and counting. Finally we reached CC Aug 5th, but now we still just sit here, stuck!
