congrats that's my husband's interview date. He's doing his medical Friday.

oh awesome! Sending my thoughts and wishes for you the same day! I will be a wreck the whole time, waiting, I'm sure! my husband's medical is a week from today! If he has any good advice, let me know :)

11/12/14 - I-130 Packet Sent! (Phoenix Lockbox)

11/14/14 - I-130 Delivered

11/18/14 - NOA1 (Sent to TSC)

3/2/15 - NOA2

3/10/15 - Sent to NVC

NVC

3/17/15 - Received by NVC

3/23/15 - Case number assigned

3/23/15 - DS 261 completed

3/24/15 - AOS Fee Invoiced

3/27/15 - AOS Fee Paid

4/28/15 - IV Fee Invoiced

4/29/15 - IV Fee Paid

5/3/15 - IV Application Complete

5/26/15 - AOS & IV Packet Sent

5/28/15 - AOS & IV Delivered

6/3/15 - Email received stating scan date of 5/28/15

6/23/15 - Case Complete

8/12/15 - Requested expedite at NVC

8/19/15 - Received email - Expedite Approved! (57 days after Case Complete)

8/21/15 - Case left NVC

I sure will let you know....and thanks. I'm nervous as well. He just received some papers I expressed mail to him,I have to stay on him. He's making my nerves bad.lol keep in touch

It looks like the spreadsheet came to a halt about a month ago. I've seen nothing change there since late July.

Our case was complete 22 days ago, Now we just stagnate and wait. In a couple more weeks, it will be a full year since we applied. Oh how time drags!

NVC Received : 2015-03-09

Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : 2015-03-20

Pay AOS Bill : 2015-03-28

Send AOS Package : 2015-04-28

Submit DS-261 : 2015-04-25

Receive IV Bill : 2015-04-14

Pay IV Bill : 2015-04-22

Send IV Package : 2015-04-28

Scanned date: 2015-04-28

Check list : 2015-06-07

Check list scanned: 2015-06-10

Sent to Supervisor 49 days after scanned: 2015-07-28

Case Complete 7 days after it went to Supervisor: 2015-08-05

Folks, It seems the NVC phone services has improved ? Because I pressed 1 & 7 and i'm speaking with a lady Rep, Is that how it is now? I have not call NVC for a while.....CC 07/23 , Still waiting for interview date...According to her the September schedule is complete today, and the October should start by next week.

I called NVC at 12pm (their time). It could be just good luck, but I only had to call 3 times before I was put through to the automated service, then I pressed 1, and when the auto voice began to speak again, I pressed 7 right away, and a rep took my call. Until now, every call I ever made to NVC resulted in an awfully long wait! She said all September interview scheduling is finished, and my husband isn't on the list. :( She said they have begun October interview scheduling today.

I'm seriously despairing with the bloody NVC! I finally managed to get through to the supervisor that's handling my case again (first time since the first day I got put thru to her) and she tells me that she in fact hasn't even received my form since she asked for it 2 weeks ago! I've called the NVC every other day since then and each rep told me that she got the mail and escalated it to the 'review board' (whatever the heck that means!) so they've been blatantly lying to me for 2 weeks.

Sylvia (the supervisor) has said that she'll get the mail herself (don't know why she didn't do that in the first place?) and said that although she can't guarantee anything, she'll try to get it done today. Now why do I not believe a word of this sh*t I wonder? Goodness. I'm just so over them!! 65 days to review a checklist that is for ONE CHECK BOX on a form. I can't!!!

Lowlie, exactly that's what I was told today by a Rep. That September schedule is over and about to start October interview schedule. Insha Allah we will be among the October VJ members candidates.

God help us! I know you feel the same as I do.....It's as if NVC is a big quagmire of mud that we're stuck in.
