Try and get a letter from irs to state about ur extension. Also form 221g paper is a form the consular gives when he or she thinks they need more evidence , they will circle the information they need on that paper and give u another interview date in a month.

Yes trustG, I have a note of Extension 2014 ( Form 4868) from IRS...That is the form I sent to NVC for my 2014 tax information Checklist. And they did not ask me to take 2014 return to the interview, So what should I do/

So nyala62 just keep that with u, in case the consular request it, u know this ppl will always find something to hold ppl back, so just be vigilant. I'm taking all the documents I submitted to nvc copies with me to my husband. And also don't forget to take copies of ur w2 and pay stubs with u.

trustG I mean Even with the Extension paper from IRS, are they going to request the return? Or the visa can be approved with the Extension?

trustG ,Does it say the period of extension? I don't think so. I think the extention is up to October 15. So if my interview comes before 10/15, what happens? or after October 15.
