Can anybody tell me about the scan date?

1. Sent AOS and IV package on JULY 18, touched down at NVC on "JULY 21" (just confirmed it while talking to an operator).

Is this my scan date ??? i.e. "JULY 21" ???

2. Do NVC send an email or any notification for the confirmation of receiving the document ? or just the verdict after 30-35 days???

You will get an email stating they received your documents (it always gets sent out a little later). The date it says they received your documents on that letter is your scan date.

AMEEN nyala62, I'm leaving second week in September and I will be in Ghana for only three weeks, because of the children and my jobs schedule. I'm praying that we get our interview date available by then so I can accompany my husband to the interview.

trustG, I want to leave first week in September for at least 6 weeks. It's already my annual vacation, so I want to take advantage and go down there to accompany my wife and kids to the interview. So I'm praying that, their interview fall within this period while I'm there.....NVC come on with Accra schedules.

That was my prayers too nyala62, Because of my daughter I can't stay longer than three weeks, I'm leaving her with her godmother, because she has to go to school, also I just return from Ghana in January right after our wedding ceremony, so I don't have enough vacation time, but I want to be with my husband on his interview, please God let ur will be done and have mercy on us and make our wishes come to pass. Motamimi123 u have to call and when the date is available the rep can tell u on the phone and receive email as well in few days or the same day. Unfortunately they didn't have our interview date yet, but God willing I call next week because they start the schedule from first and second week of each month. I pray that we will be in September interviews.

Nyala62 normally it doesn't take this long, so I'm wondering what is going on with the embassy over there. God knows the best, maybe he's preparing a good consular for us.
