Why did your case go into SR after CC? That's strange trustG! Did you receive a CC confirmation letter?

Ceemu I mean our case was placed on supervision review on June 2 and June 10 we got our cc, and yes we received our cc e-mail, but no interview has been scheduled for us yet.

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

I think two vj membersyesterday posted that they called and the rep told them, August schedule is done. But u can try. Good luck. Our God will see us through.

Seems August is full? I am trusting God for a late August or early Sept Interview..

I called today and got no news, although the rep did tell me (rather unconvincingly) that she'd put a note on our case for a supervisor to take a look. Tomorrow is 30 days since our SD for our checklist so I'll be calling again to request a supervisor review. Fingers crossed things get moving!!

I just called nvc they said my case just completed today but i dont see 3 N/a

Please help!!!

Just called NVC to know if our case is completed. The representative lady told me that we will have another checklist shortly for the police certificate. But we already received a checklist last month for the same police certificate. She told me that they don't have it. She also suggested me to send the police certificate before receiving the checklist.

I am really upset at this moment. Shall i believe on what she said? i have copies of the documents that i sent on our last checklist SD 29th June which includes the police certificate and also i have given the case number on every page. what shall i do now???

any advice???

Send it again with a mail tracker, so when it delivered u follow up by calling the next day to make sure they have it. These nvc ppl, only God knows what they're duties are,

i just called again and asked them to transfer me to the Case Specialist. The case specialist told me that they still haven't open the checklist package we sent last time. We need to wait more. The lady was confusing us. I think she was telling us about the last checklist. Stupid.

But do she assure u that they have received it and also on what date, because that would be ur SD date, they are very unprofessional, because each time you call they gives different answers with the same question.

We wanted to request for SR when the rep advised us not to. It was 35 days from sd.. then we got our cc next day.. SR attracts 42 more days. It's not a good idea to do so but I wish you the best. . Edited by CeeMu

Ashtaz don't send any thing it's best u wait for the email ya it waste precious time but with experience from me take it and wait from what I understood from what ur saying

Ashtaz I was told I had a checklist for part 1 that I already did so I trusted them with out an email and sent the i 864 again so the next day I was feeling like I'm getting messed with so I called to try to talk to a supervisor out of no where they tell me I have case complete it's crazy luckily I found out a way to reroute the Mail intercpte Mail and have it sent Back to me hope this will help some one in future
