Yes Sir, Your new scan date is the date the NVC received your updated checklist. That is their clock ,it will restart another 30 days from then, Isn't that crazy?

After everything I have been through with the NVC it doesn't seem that crazy , its just what I would expect from such an unefficient agency. Can someone help me update my scan date please to my Checklist scan date

Hi everyone,

Quick update: I got a letter from my senator that stated that the NVC received my IV invoice in april. No other update about my DS260 which i turned in May 4th & i was put in supervisor review june 16th (supervisor review is pretty much BS)., i decided to call and talk to a supervisor and use that letter as leverage. I was able to get through to a supervisor and I got him to check my documents, and to clarify everything. I asked him if i had a case complete. He confirmed saying that I did and all i had to do is wait for an appointment date from the embassy. yaaay! (im still traumatized, and will call later this week to confirm).

I have 3 n/a's!!!

Called to check the status at NVC and to my surprise the CSR told me that my case was completed today and that they r waiting to schedule for an Interview....

Good luck to all who has CC and I wish remaining members too get a CC soon....

I think Friday (7/10) cuz I checked the ceac site Friday morning and aos fee was still paid so I thought it would take a while ... But I checked it again on Sunday and it changed from paid to n/a so I had a doubt ... Called nvc at 7 am today and rep said case complete and wait for interview date!!! So happyyy!!!! I was shocked cuz I just completed ds260 on 7/8 paid iv fee on 7/5, had a scan date of documents on 6/18.... So thankful to God!

rohinifenu....my consulate is also India...Mumbai....and my case was just completed today....

I hope to get an INterview for September...since my Priority Date is current....Since ur embassy is also India....and u too got a CCon 07/10 so hopefully we both can expect September Interview dates.........Good Luck...

Sd april 30 still nothing so tired from nvc ?

Scan Date : 4th May 2015

My case was flagged for supervisor review on 22nd June and was told to wait for 42 days from 22nd June.

Last week my case was again flagged for supervisor review. Till today, my documents have not been reviewed yet. Again today they flagged my case for supervisor review.

Called today 3 times.

1st operator's reply : "Your i864 is missing, you need to send it again"

(i864 was already sent on 4th may, still the operator replied me this.)

i called again after 30 minutes,

2nd operator's reply : "Sir, you have a checklist. We have sent you the checklist email"

Me : but i have not yet received any email from NVC.

2nd operator's reply : "ok sir, i shall send the email again, you will get it within 7 business days"

i called again after 2 hours,

3rd operator's reply : "Sir, your documents have not been reviewed yet. We are still waiting to get it reviewed."

Me: ok...please send a note to the supervisor to review my documents as soon as possible bcoz its been already 71 days from my scan date but my docs have not been reviewed yet.

3rd operator's reply : "Sure Sir, i am going to send a note to the supervisor to review your docs as soon as possible"

Can you imagine, i have talked to 3 different operators today and got 3 different replies.......this is insane...........i am getting frustrated now

its been 71 days from my scan date, but still my documents have not been reviewed yet. don't know how NVC works.....they don't have a systematic process and moreover they have stupid operators answering our calls....

and ya, everytime i asked the operator to transfer the call to the supervisor but no supervisor was ever available when i called, so unfortunately i had to speak with the stupid operators..........

Talk to a supervisor!! And you will get reviewed the same day!! My SD was 28th April and my case was completed the same day I talked to a supervisor

wanted to share the good news, just had my case closed today. I had checked it yesterday (sunday) but it wasn't completed now today I checked after reading "rohinifenu" reponse.

In my case only the AOS payment shows up as N/A.

There was a thead here which tracked package leaving the NVC to Embassy anyone has the link. I tried looking but I am unable to find it.

Please add me to the sheet with the close date of 07/13. Just so anyone wants to know, I have been waiting since 4/26. Hang in there, NVC is like a blackhole, but we can all hope for better.

My documents were received on May 7 and reviewed on June 8 ... I was waiting for my DS260 to be reviewed that I submitted on June 10 which was done today and finally case completed ...since my priority date is current...
