Oh Holy Moses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been praying for a miracle.. God answers prayers!! I see 3N/A's on my daughters portal!! It was not there last this morning. But now it is so here! Prayers move mountains!! Hubby forgot to attach W2's, i knew it was an outright checklist, but still trusted God to touch whoever will handle the file. I am praising God right now. :wow:

Kid's CC: July 10th 2015(after checklist)
Interview Scheduled: August 27th 2015
Medical Date: Sept 11th 2015(Passed!!!)
Registered our appointment online: Sept 16th 2015
Interview Date: Sept 29th 2015 Approved!!
Visa in Hand: October 1st 2015
POE: 11th October 2015 - Philadelphia

To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

Hey all,

Can you add us to the spreadsheet please?

Our original scan date was May 1st but we got a checklist (for unchecked 'are you an American citizen' box :crying: ) so second scan date for the resubmitted form is June 22nd. Not sure which one applies.

Also, question - will they really only let you speak to a supervisor if you've gone over the 30 day limit? When this first happened and we called up about the checklist the operator offered to put us through to a supervisor but they happened to all be busy, so we were unlucky. Is it a case of persistence to get them to transfer you to one, or...?

I emailed AOS and IV package to NVC on July 1st, 2015, and received email form NVC on July 6th says already received my case on July 1st and will need 30 days review it.

Not sure my scan date is July 1st or 6th.

Hi nyala62, this is the thread. Also please do u have an idea how long CO stay the at America embassy in Ghana. Because I'm praying that that KM must leave there before it gets to our turn please let me know if u have an idea. Thanks

Amen! Place all your hopes and fears in the Lord. I am a catholic and I prayed the Novena to St. Jude and St. Expedite.. Very powerful prayers.

Okay, hubby will call on Monday to confirm our CC!

@Nyala62, Thank you my dear. I am still in shock coz i never saw it coming...i was paranoid. You are my twinnie in this process.. i think we are among the oldest nvc filers still around... I am praying for you too. You will be through before the 30days..may the merciful God see you through.

March 26, 2015 - NOA2
April 2, 2015 - Case shipped to NVC

NVC:
April 13, 2015 - Case Number/IIN received
April 15, 2015 - DS-261 submitted
April 15, 2015 - AOS fee paid
April 21, 2015 - AOS package submitted
April 21, 2015 - IV package submitted
April 21, 2015 - Scan date

April 30, 2015 - DS-261 reviewed over the phone

May 12, 2015 - IV fee paid (late due to "EP lock")
May 13, 2015 - DS-260 submitted

May 27, 2015 - AOS/IV packages still not reviewed, flagged for supervisor review

July 10, 2015 - Supervisor review does nothing, flagged for unit manager review
August 11, 2015 - Case Complete!

Interview:

October 6, 2015 - Medical

October 13, 2015 - Interview date (AP - need to submit copy of 2014 W2)
October 21, 2015 - Visa status changed to "READY" and then a few hours later "ISSUED"

October 28, 2015 - Passport received (was available for pickup Oct. 27)
October 28, 2015 - POE fee paid
October 30, 2015 - POE!

After POE:
November 9, 2015 - Received SSN (checked off option to apply on forms)
December 1, 2015 - Received Green Card

Congrats CeeMu! I'm so happy you finally got the CC you were looking for :) It's only up from here!

Thank you ArroTG! I have been at NVC for so long.. My first SD was 11 February. Then i overstayed without review for 63 days, followed by checklist after checklist!! Finally the is light at the end of the tunnel! Hubby will call on Monday to confirm our CC. May you receive your CC in the next few days!
