To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

I had a missed call from 603-334-9400 yesterday in the afternoon. Has anyone experienced this?

When I call the number back it says this is a non-working number of US department of state. I called NVC (which has a very similar number) and they said they have nothing new for me, and don't know who called me or why.

My case was complete on Jun 19th, and we are waiting on the interview to be scheduled. I checked CEAC site today after 2 weeks of not checking, and I finally got 3 N/As.

R5 Case, Parent of USC:

USCIS:

2014-10-14: I-130 Sent

2014-10-20: NOA1 Received in mail. Case sent to Vermont Service Center

2014-11-25: Case approved at USCIS

2014-12-09: Case got to NVC

2015-01-13: NVC assigned a case number and invoice # (obtained via phone)

2015-03-06: AOS invoice received via email

2015-03-06: AOS invoice paid online

2015-03-07: Submitted DS-261 Agent Form online

2015-03-26: Sent AOS and IV packages (hard copy) in one package

2015-03-30: NVC received AOS and IV packages

2015-04-24: AOS and IV packages reviewed and complete

2015-04-24: IV invoice received via email

2015-04-30: IV invoice paid online

2015-05-04: Submitted DS-260 Form online

2015-05-04: Received email acknowledgment from NVC about DS-260 Form submission. It said the review will take Up To 30 Business Days!

2015-06-05: Called NVC to request case be reviewed by supervisor since past 30 days... case in limbo

2015-06-15: Another supervisor requested the case for review...

2015-06-19: NVC Case Complete (learned over the phone)

2015-06-26: Received NVC email about Case Complete, dated 26-JUN-15

2015-07-15: P4 Email came about interview scheduling, scheduled for August 25

2015-07-24: Medical

2015-08-12: Interview in Tbilisi, Georgia (Original interview date was August 25)

2015-08-19: ELIS fee paid

2015-09-12: POE JFK

2015-10-03: Green Card Arrived

2015-10-09: Applied for SSN Card at the SSN Office

2015-10-16: SSN Card Arrived

Can any one help I got a second check list for part 1 it says check only one box which I did and I got a checklist for something I already today I sent it out over night mail does any think if I should call and speak to a supervisor? Would that help? Or should I just wait ?

Ok I got my second checklist last checklist they had no problem with part 1 this time they did I got a checklist for part 1 which I already did I looked at copies I made should I call and try tell them that I already filled part 1

I got the same call from NVC and missed it. Called back and they were unable to tell me what it was about. SD 5/28/15, CC 6/23/15, can't imagine it would have been for an interview date. UGH, frustrating.

11/12/14 - I-130 Packet Sent! (Phoenix Lockbox)

11/14/14 - I-130 Delivered

11/18/14 - NOA1 (Sent to TSC)

3/2/15 - NOA2

3/10/15 - Sent to NVC

NVC

3/17/15 - Received by NVC

3/23/15 - Case number assigned

3/23/15 - DS 261 completed

3/24/15 - AOS Fee Invoiced

3/27/15 - AOS Fee Paid

4/28/15 - IV Fee Invoiced

4/29/15 - IV Fee Paid

5/3/15 - IV Application Complete

5/26/15 - AOS & IV Packet Sent

5/28/15 - AOS & IV Delivered

6/3/15 - Email received stating scan date of 5/28/15

6/23/15 - Case Complete

8/12/15 - Requested expedite at NVC

8/19/15 - Received email - Expedite Approved! (57 days after Case Complete)

8/21/15 - Case left NVC

Embassy

8/24/15 - Case Received

8/26/15 - Interview Scheduled

9/2/15 - Medical Exam

9/11/15 - Interview - Approved!!

9/15/15 - Visa Issued

9/21/15 - Visa In Hand

10/30/15 - POE!!

11/24/15 - Social Security Card received in the mail

Tejbo I'm so happy scan date june 8 case complete July 7 I'm a little worried that I sent the i 864 again hope to God won't affect me has this happens to any one ? I pray for those who still waiting
