Guys OMG I just got off the phone with the NVC CASE COMPLETE Today! Checklist SD June 3rd. GOD IS GOOD!!!!! just waiting for the interview now! Thank you thank you lord!

Thank you so so much! You are just one more case to go! Hang in there. Did you get in the 30 days timeframe? Because as far as I know they change back to 60 days? I will keep you all in my prayers!! Hopefully it wont take too long for they to complete your daughters case!

Daveadams thank you so much, but the SD e-mail I received today said :30 days, and even the NVC rep I talked to on thursday said they need 30 days to review my daughter's case. So I don't know where this 60 days coming from.....Is the email wrong ???. Any way I'm waiting for the best result.

So 63 days after our checklist, we got...another checklist. Apparently one of the documents wasn't legalized. So glad they took over two months to let us know (/sarcasm).

Don't listen to them and be waiting forever. You are wasting your precious time, Call them and let them tell you the exact mistake, then fix that and send it back, in order to save time. Sometimes the Checklist e-mail takes long time, that is my experience

hi nyala62, have u been following nvc delay to interview forum. A lot of ppl were complaining about one lady who's initials are KM, and she has been denying ppl visa claiming they don't have strong relationship, after providing all the documents. Just today she has done it again. Lord have mercy. ]

Agree! Don't wait and call. when I got my checklist I realized bc I called, rep told me exactly what I needed to fix, I wrote it down, fixed it and overnighted it. I got the email like 9 days later. Call back again.
