To give us an idea of what dates they are working on so we know what to expect.. And it has helped alot of people including me i saw that everybody with my scan dated got reviewed and people with scan

how does the congress man help ?

you are calling every day ? call them, ask who the supervisor is, and bug them. you need to find the point of reference.

this is crazy :(((

The congressman's office will try to reach out to them to find out what's the problem casusing the delay since the operators never really tell you what the issue is.

I am calling about couple of days a week, i will try again by end of the week to see what's going on.

I called again today same response, asked the supervisor to call me at 4. what a pain, i wish this process could be seen online. they need to automate this process.

It turns out my AOS checklist scan date was 5/29, not 6/3. Called yesterday and found out- case complete on june 23rd.

Still haven't received any e-mail. Now i'm waiting for them to schedule interview.

been waiting to get my ds260 reviewed since May 4th.... I got put on "Supervisor Review" June 16th. grrrrr :ranting:

I hope things pick up and everyone gets to the finish line ASAP

30-NOV-2015 They updated my case file on CEAC but still reads "Admin Processing"..(crossing fingers)

14-DEC-2015 They "touched" and update my case file at the embassy, still under AP

28-DEC-2015 They touched my file again...still under AP

29-DEC-2015 !!!! VISA ISSUED - According to CEAC site...yay!! (now waiting to see when we can pick up)

if you log in the ceac site to see application, they had updated it to show 2-4 weeks to review your file (before when they were taking 60 days it was reflecting 60 days).

Now its back to 60 days.

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Hi nyala62. Im glad youre hearing something about your cases. Sadly you got another checklist, ugh. It can only get better at this point. It turns out my SD was not may the 29th but June the 3rd. So I'm just here patiently waiting. I called today and the rest of the times I have called representatives have told me it will be complete before the holidays. So lets hope, my hubby is coming to visit on July 16th so we are not getting so anxious and desesperate like last month lol and Hopefully they will review your checklist a lot faster now.!! FINGER CROSSED!

It will be on August 3 but I'll try to get an earlier one. :) Any insights on what are the things I should considered in rescheduling it earlier?
