So you are saying after 42 days supervisor review, it was not reviewed yet ? wow that is crazy, every time i call they say same thing 42 days, looks like i have to bug them day and night

how can we talk direct to a supervisor who is reviewing case ?

I am still stuck waiting for NVC to review the visa application already completed and submitted before the website disaster. It has gone through its' mandatory 42 days of supervisor review and still nothing has been looked at.

I called today to check and now at least they can't give the excuse "Please wait 42 days".

I asked to speak to a supervisor as usually one is not available to be able to speak to me. But the agent "Hope" said she spoke to another supervisor and hopefully someone will call me this week.

It's either another false hope...or a real one we'll find out soon. :-)

That's right even after 42 days under supervisor review. It wasn't reviewed at all, i have a feel that nobody even tried to look at it.

As for speaking to a supervisor, the agents you speak to. You tell them that you want to speak to a supervisor. It seems like its very difficult trying to speak to a supervisor. I have tried multiple times without any success but there is no reason not to try it.

As a backstop, I already reached out to my congressman to follow up on the case.

Daveadams903, Did you get an e-mail from NVC about the actual date they received your documents? My e-mail stated that they received my documents on May 29. And anytime I call the Rep says the same date. Anyway , like CeeMu said, we are all within the CC period, So by Friday we shall all laugh. By the Grace of God.

how does the congress man help ?

you are calling every day ? call them, ask who the supervisor is, and bug them. you need to find the point of reference.

hey guys, i just called nvc and they said my scan date was june 18th...i still cant access my iv bill online even though i received the invoice

also this maybe a stupid question but what is "under supervisor review mean" and why would someone be placed under that review?

I think Friday will be another Federal Holiday for the 4th of July, which falls on Saturday....Somebody confirm this

rohini there is no rhyme or reason for supervisor review. your case is put in supervisor review usually if the case has not been reviewed for over 30 days.

I really hope they fix the website asap. right now, it takes about 30 days for your case to be reviewed. If over 30 days, they will put you under supervisor review which is another 45 days

Yes nyala62 u are right. And it's a holiday in Ghana for both Wednesday and Friday, so I hope they will start scheduling interview from next week in Accra.
