U can say that again million times. More than frustrating, , do they put ur case under supervisor review? Because we've the same SD date, but me calling them everyday became a nuisance to them, I know for sure, and our case was put on supervisor's review on June 2 and we got our cc on Wednesday June 10. Now we got our cc no interview schedule yet, I pray that you will get cc sooner

i was also put under the supervisor review on 2nd of June... It is so unfair that some people get CC under 30 days while others have to wait for over 60 days!!

Check list scan date May 14, i called yesterday and the rep said she will flag the case for supervisor review ? I asked how long it will take and she said she really doesnt have a time frame for a supervisor review, how do I know if I have to wait the 40+ days for supervisor review? Ugh how does NVC work? How is it that people with checklist scan dates after may 14 are getting cc? Do they randomly choose what case to review? ???????

I understand how you feel. But trust me...this will end at some point. I am talking from experience.. my case has been at nvc since may 2013!! This is 2 years and 1 month. And today it is finally over. Nobody more than me understands the frustration and loss of hope that get to you at some point. But i never stopped trusting in God, although we had to faced some pretty bad moments. And today I can finally say that we can move forward. My scan date may have been only 27 days from checklist..but my case has been stuck here since 2 years! More than most vj i have heard of. So keep your hopes up.. The day will come when you will be finally free.

FediToni, Thank you so much for your encouraging words. This is my 6th month at NVC, I nearly give up, but now I have more hope that one day I will be free, and it will all become history, By the Grace of the Almighty. Thank You. I'm still waiting.My last Checklist SD is 5/29

Hello i really didn't know were to ask this question because i have been confused. I'm a LPR and applied the I130 for my wife back home in Nigeria. Presently my case is at the NVC stage.my wife is pregnant with and is due to deliver by October and i resently just passed a citizenship interview and my oath ceremony is due in a few weeks...what becomes of my unborn child if my wife gives birth before the interview and right now I'm already close to case complete at NVC. I keep reading something about family derivatives and I'm scared of a situation were my unborn child wont qualify...pls I'm really scared and confused.what becomes of my baby at the interview

My scan date: April 21
Entered supervisor review: May 27

I called this morning to ask if my case had been reviewed yet, and it hasn't been. It's been requested twice for review now, and the rep I spoke to this morning was one I talked to several times before. She remembers me now and we had some polite chat. She asked me to hold for a minute so she could talk to the supervisor about something, then came back and said that she was going to personally walk my case over to the supervisor right now to have it looked at, and told me to call back mid-week. She said that I'd been calling a lot (because she recognized me) and that she felt bad it was taking such a long time.

I'm not sure if what she said to me is true, but she seemed like a genuinely sweet lady, so I like to believe it is. Out of all the reps, she's been the most helpful. (Her name is Gina.)

I know all of you are frustrated and tired of being stuck in the NVC for months on end without word, but there are agents who care, and there is still hope for all of us. I hope to see a bunch more CCs today, and a bunch more next week!

just spoke to NVC. Tried to speak to a supervisor, but they were on some kind of a meeting, so noone was available. I have spoken to this guy a few times already, he is very friendly. He said that if your case if flagged for the supervisor review the second time, your clock restarts and he advised me just to wait 42 days (so till 14th of July)
