Hey trustG we are doing good. We are done with the medical and everything went well. Now we are waiting for the interview schedule. Based on my consulate, it doesn't take longer. I saw vj members here who got their schedule just after a week or so. I hope we get the same luck regarding our cases. My husband is so excited to come home and accompany me in the interview. Good luck to our cases

You said the Supervisor Review took 30 days and the Supervisor did not do anything ? so you got hold of another supervisor ? you talked direct to supervisor ?

Supervisor review did not take 30 days. I was waiting on my last document, DS-260 to be reviewed for over 30 days.

I did speak directly to a supervisor on June 17th. After calling 3 times over two days and none were available. On the 17th the supervisor told me she'd handle the case personally.

But when I called on the 22nd the phone rep (not a supervisor) implied it was not that same supervisor that reviewed the case. I don't know who did.... may be it was the first supervisor from June 5th.

So I finally got through to NVC about our checklist and now it has been put for supervisor review because no one understands why we got a checklist for part 6 question 13. Everyone I've spoken to at NVC says the same thing, if you haven't filed a federal tax return, leave questions 13 blank and write a note that "explanation is on attached statement" and then write a statement explaining the reason.

I have read others on here who have also been checklisted for the same part and questions, so it really seems to be totally up to how the person reviewing the AOS interprets the question. So frustrating!

Is it still 45 days for supervisor review?

Yes, I do! The regular phone reps don't have as much information and have given me incorrect information on more than one occasion.

What's the importance of speaking to a supervisor? Who has ever called NVC and spoke to a supervisor and things moved speedy? What's the difference between speaking to a supervisor and a rep..?

Well the reason I am asking is... we called NVC about two weeks ago and spoke to a supervisor who was very kind and promised that we would hear from nvc in 7days but up to date nothing has happened. SMH!!!
