scan dates/case complete/interview thread

I think i am about 40 days in waiting for interview to be scheduled. Very frustrating

I have a CC, 46/30 days after last document was received!!! CC date is 6/19/15.

I got the news over the phone yesterday after waiting for 1.5hrs on hold... but it was worth it. They said my case was complete on June 19th. I couldn't believe it! I had to ask twice. The supervisor that I spoke with last week was supposed to call me and let me know the day she reviewed the case... but the phone rep said it was a different person that completed the review.

The first time I was told a supervisor would review the case since it was past 30 days was on June 5th. On June 17th since nothing had been done, another supervisor (Jane) said she'd handle the review, and 2 days later case was reviewed. The phone rep yesterday said it was not Jane that reviewed the case...

Have not gotten the official email yet and CEAC website still shows only two N/As.

Now we wait for the interview scheduling...

The scan date on our check list is June 10th, so I guess we should be on the spread sheet.

We were set back 30 days (at least I hope it'll only be 30 days) due to the list. On the 30th day after our first scan date, I called NVC. I was told they'd only just reviewed our case that day. The woman told me about the CL for a new police cert and new birth cert. By the time the check list email was finally sent to us, we already had our new scan date for over a week. Don't wait for emails. If you want to keep your case moving along, you need to contact NVC by PHONE when you're becoming curious about what's going on. I'll call them on July 10th to ask if they've reviewed yet.

By the way, after a case is reviewed and they give you a check list, and they review it again after 30 days or so....is it possible to be given yet another check list for something else? My hope is that they catch everything the first time they do the review and ask all at once for everything they're going to want. I'm fearful they could decide they want something else after they do the second review.

Wow I just spoke to the Rep at the NVC says it has been reviewed yet that she is going to put a supervisor's note.This is not good.God will see us through

The scan date they usually assign when they receive your packet of AOS and IV. If you sent them a hard copy packet, your scan date is the day they received it or few days after. This is when we start counting our days at NVC.

You said the Supervisor Review took 30 days and the Supervisor did not do anything ? so you got hold of another supervisor ? you talked direct to supervisor ?
