Well I Called them and lady sd documents are still being reviewed. She's still affirming it's taking 30 days, she adviced to call back on the 29th. But calling is all I can do so I'm going to keep calling. Don't ever lose hope, let's not automatically assume anything. I'm goin to patiently wait til The 29th. I'll keep you posted and I will keep everyone in my prayers.

Ok, Daveadams, sounds good. I think I will also wait till friday or Monday June 29, because we are the same SD. Thank you for the update, and thank God they are still reviewing documents. We all thought they stopped the review because of the computer glitch

Arrotg i just want this to be fair thats all some ppl get it done in 3 weeks and others are not even get cc in 3 months why ???

I know how you feel. :( We've just got to keep strong. If you and your spouse can overcome this difficulty, then nothing will be impossible for you. The week is still young, so hopefully we'll all get some good news before Friday. :)

September 23, 2014 - Sent off I-130 package
September 29, 2014 - Priority Date
September 30, 2014 - NOA1
March 26, 2015 - NOA2
April 2, 2015 - Case shipped to NVC

NVC:
April 13, 2015 - Case Number/IIN received
April 15, 2015 - DS-261 submitted
April 15, 2015 - AOS fee paid
April 21, 2015 - AOS package submitted
April 21, 2015 - IV package submitted
April 21, 2015 - Scan date

April 30, 2015 - DS-261 reviewed over the phone

May 12, 2015 - IV fee paid (late due to "EP lock")
May 13, 2015 - DS-260 submitted

May 27, 2015 - AOS/IV packages still not reviewed, flagged for supervisor review

July 10, 2015 - Supervisor review does nothing, flagged for unit manager review
August 11, 2015 - Case Complete!

Interview:

October 6, 2015 - Medical

October 13, 2015 - Interview date (AP - need to submit copy of 2014 W2)
October 21, 2015 - Visa status changed to "READY" and then a few hours later "ISSUED"

October 28, 2015 - Passport received (was available for pickup Oct. 27)
October 28, 2015 - POE fee paid
October 30, 2015 - POE!

After POE:
November 9, 2015 - Received SSN (checked off option to apply on forms)
December 1, 2015 - Received Green Card

Could anyone please tell me what is Scan Date? I submitted ds-260 form in may 4th and got a confirmation letter on email, does it means may 4th is a SD?

it's the date they scanned ur documents into their system.

@TrustG I called yesterday was told that they will put a note for a supervisor to review it.How long?how long did u wait?God will help us.

joechima, they will tell u 42 days, but ours takes 8 days. Try and call them everyday, don't give up. I pray that you get cc soon.

@TrustG thank u very much,I will call again thursday or friday,will calling frequently make it faster?

I'm not sure, but with my experience that's what I did even though they told to wait a week before I call after they put our case on supervisor's review on June 2 I kept calling them till we get cc on Wednesday June 10.

Jan 13th 2016 - Mailed our reply to the 221(g) to the US Embassy, received and CEAC updated the next morning


Jan 20th 2016 - Embassy require more in-depth info on asset for i-864


Feb 1st 2016 - Sent more in-depth info on assets as requested. Received the next morning

In the US


April 5th 2016 - POE Newark. No questions asked.

21st was sunday. You got checklist on sunday?can you please explain what checklist did you got?

The date on the checklist actually says 18th, but I didn't get it until the 21st. Got it via email. I think they have an automatic system that sends out the checklists/case complete on a certain time each week. Only way I can explain how I got it on a Sunday. ?

should I call nvc or wait. I am so scared of supervisor review. I feel like if I call they can put in supervisor view. what should I do call or wait
