Scan Date May 18th, i just called NVC and the operator kept my case under supervisor review, told me " it would take max 42 days but it wont take that much " ..

but i think it is definitely going to take almost 20-30 days now........this is so frustrating....its been already 34 days from the original scan date and now this new counter starts from today...... :(

Don't think just because you are past 30 days you got a checklist. Not many people are getting CCs in 30 days lately. My SD is May 4th, still no CC or checklist or review. My case has been with a supervisor for a week now. Should've been more like 2-3 weeks, but when the first supervisor requested the case it went into a limbo so another supervisor had to take over. The second one also told me last week it should be any day now. But I heard that on June 5th also.... and then nothing. I'll believe it when I see it. I do know of another case with SD of May 1st that got a CC a week ago after a week in supervisor review, not checklist. So, let's all hope ours does not take 42 days and this hardware glitch doesn't affect our interview scheduling.

me too... I am just done now. is it our bad luck or what this process is taking forever. my brother is a green card holder and he got hisNOA2 in 3 weeks because his case got to California. and for me ,a USC , it took 8 months to receive NOA2. and guess what we both are at NVC. what a ridiculous process. my husband keeps saying have faith in Allah. everything happens for a reason. but I am seriously done now.!! Allah please have mercy on us.

We hope to see some CCs from tomorrow....We are tired of too much waiting, computer errors, etc...

Nyala62 I just finished talking to nvc no date for us yet from Accra, They are waiting, and also I read on ghanaweb about the computer problems worldwide, but that is only for issuing the visa, and security review, so I don't think it should affect nvc process, I pray that you will get cc by end of this week God willing.

Wow, that is just so wrong. USCs should definitely have priority.

Just hang in there and hopefully you hear something soon and it's good news.

Your new countdown of 42 days starts from June 2. My SD was April 21 and I was put on supervisor review May 27. I am still waiting to have my files looked at. 42 days for me will happen on July 8. For you, 42 days will be up July 14. Some people are lucky and have their reviews done promptly. Others, like me, are stuck waiting for longer. :( I hope you have good luck.

What is going on with the NVC? They cannot put everyone under supervisor review, can they? I mean that's insane and heartless. they havent even been processing cases due to her website being down for over a month now, people haven't been able to pay their fees and submit their forms online so I dont understand what's stopping them from completing the cases. this is outrageous and unacceptable.. smh

Daveadams903, what are we going to do now? especially those of us who are still waiting for our CCs.....I promised to start calling them from today, but based on your post i lost hope. because It will be the same story of wait wait wait 30 days then supervisor's review 42 days. OMG.

Well I Called them and lady sd documents are still being reviewed. She's still affirming it's taking 30 days, she adviced to call back on the 29th. But calling is all I can do so I'm going to keep calling. Don't ever lose hope, let's not automatically assume anything. I'm goin to patiently wait til The 29th. I'll keep you posted and I will keep everyone in my prayers.
