I agree with you that it feels like punishment. Jamaica seems to be the worst for scheduling interviews. If you Dont have faith you will most certainly loose your mind during this process.

USCIS Stage

Novembe30th 2014 - Filed I-130 with California Service Center

December 5th 2014 - NOA1 received

January 5th 2015 – Status changed to approved

NVC Stage

January 21st - Case received

February 23th 2015 – Got Case number/invoice number & Completed choice of agent

February 24th 2015 - Paid AOS fee

March 18th 2015 – Paid IV fee and completed DS230

March 24th - Scan Date

April 17th – Check list for AOS (2014 tax information)

April 22nd – Sent new AOS

April 27th – New Scan Date

May 28th – Case Complete!!!

I got an e-mail from the NVC with our new scan date after we answered to the checklist. Does it need to be updated?

Just called the NVC to ask for an update on my case. Told the lady my SD was 6th of April. She was pretty grumpy, didn't know anything about my case, and asked me to wait till the 8th of May.

I've been wondering why it's so quiet lately. They were breezing along and now it seems super quiet. I haven't seen anyone report a cc in this thread in what seems like days. I wondered if people got confused after the original thread was closed, or if the cc's have really been slow in coming.

or I feel most people on here got their cc and we are the remaining few as of right now lol .

Called NVC today, my case is yet to be reviewed, she said I would get a mail before 30 days, next week Thursday marks my 30 days, am hoping I get reviewed at the earliest time possible. I would update as soon as I get any information. I plan on calling back tomorrow though, this wait is draining all my positive energy.

I got CC yesterday.. SD: 03/25 & 3/26

I came home around at 9 pm, and I thought let's check what's status on website. Then I have seen 3 N/A. So I called to NVC right away. I thought I might not able to reach them because they close at midnight, but I still called them. I waited for 2 hours and 52 minutes on phone. I thought that they might disconnect my phone due to their hours. However, someone just answer my phone at 11.52 pm, verify all info. Then she told me that YOUR CASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED JUST AN HOUR AGO.

Keep faith.

Thanks matuiza. I just got off the phone with NVC , our interview schedule is 6/18/15 at 6.30am. Its been a long wait; but surely coming to an end.
