scan dates/case complete/interview thread

My scan date (3rd or 4th checklist) was 4/27 and I got 3 N/As this morning....waiting on hold with the NVC now to confirm....I hope this is it!!!

April 27 SD and 3 N/As this morning? And April 24 SD nothing so far?....I can't understand this NVC review. OK

CeeMu, how old is your daughter? did you file I-864W ,?...I can't get it how a child could be checklisted for Tax return...I doubted when you get CC without your daughter. It happened to me. Especially when joined cases are separated .....

Nyala, we both filed i-864, in feb so by then 2014 tax was not yet due.. so when we both got checklists, they did not ask for the taxes even though we have them in order already. My daughter is 9yr old. I got a CC. but she has just received a checklist for only the 2014 tax information. I have seen someone request for them to take to the interview and they were allowed. So i am asking for opinions on way forward coz sending them will pull us back 30days.

PS: My CC was confirmed last night.

Confirmed -- my SD was 4/27 and my CC was 5/21. Just waiting on an interview date now....they said they have no idea when an interview could be scheduled but will let us know as soon as it is, blah blah blah.....soooo thankful that there wasn't another checklist, alhamdulillah!!!

CeeMu, for me little girls got checklist for wrong I-864 filed, so they requested the right AOS for that under-aged kids, that is i-864W Exemption, and I sent it and the got CCs. Their ages: 15,13 and 11. Now my checklist SD was for (Household size and signature for my wife, and signature for my other daughter's AOS). I requested to take the corrected AOS form to the interview but they denied my request. and said based on my country this document has to be OK before interview is scheduled. No CC with SD 04/24?? Anyone? Is this forreal? I guess we are schedule for Tuesday. Smh. We have to go thru a whole weekend again.... ugh. chanhphamvn remember we are lucky our CC are taking a month, before it used to be 60 days!!!! at least they have reduced the waiting and hopefully we get no checklist. OMG waiting til tuesday it's terrifying now imagine getting a checklist and waiting extra 30 days. Hell nooooo!!! I keep praying!

CeeMu, I hope it goes well for you, but my question is: what is 2014 tax information for or about 9 years old child?....Can you explain that please? And did they asked for the AOS Form i864w Exemption because of her age? They did that to me before my kids got CCs..(3N/As)

Nvc Nvc Its too much i just called to Check on my case And i met a really ugly women that seems not to like her job . She said they have received my docs on april 27 . my scan date is april 24 until today . Whats wrong with the Nvc ! Should i call again? Or just wait?

Did you get an email from NVC stating they received your documents on april 24th? or you just got it confirmed by a cust serv rep? If I were you I'd call again.

I do have an email saying on April 24 we received bla bla bla ! I Will call again ! And i dont think April 24 is having cc today! Thanks !!! And good luck:)

customer service rep will give you different information. CALL again. I dont think april 24th is having CC today either, but they day it's not over yet but we will see! Good luck to you too!! :-)

I prefer to talk to a machine now ! I will get more help than with that rude woman! On the phone hoping for a happy Rep ! The day still on ! The Rep told me that i call often And i m not patient And Also she said Its been only 22 days i should wait hhhhh

They dont care about us ! They dont know that your half is on the other side of the world!

you did get a rude one! They are usually very nice tho, very professional. if they say you call often I wonder what they'd say about me haha I have been calling 2-3 times a day since monday....Exactly they don't care bc they have probably never been thru a situation like this, They don't know what is going 10 months/1 year maybe EVEN MORE withouth seeing your husband/wife. Smh. they should have a little more empathy. But what can we do? Nothing but call. Let me know what they say. Hopefully that rep was just messing with your feelings and your SD it's really on the 24th!!!!
