the last touch we got was 22 july,the told my fiance we are in the special invastigations!we contacted the senator and the congressman already.

I want to know how long talk the special invastigations?and any advice,suggestion,help to tel me,thank you.

If you could fill in your timeline it would help others to help you out. I read through some of your older posts and are you still waiting for the NOA2, or has the interview already occured?

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/05/07 - I-130 NOA1

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

You're being vague. If you want help you'll have to provide your timeline from the beginning. That way ppl can know what the haps are and can better answer your questions. About security checks and investigation...only God knows how long those will take.

Ahh ok,I mean we got The NOA 1:in 2006/03/14 and we are still wating for the NOA 2.thnk you

Did you receive the Request for Evidence to fill out the form for the IMBRA law that went into effect on March 6? All petitions filed after this date required this form to be filled out and returned.

What kind of special investigation did your senator say you were in? How often do you talk with the senator's office and when was their most recent update?

Seems like the best way to get information on your case is to continue talking with the senator's office.
