I am so nervous now, not so much for the K-1 petition but for the K-1 visa approval. Any day now, I expect to receive either a RFE or NOA2 approval for my petition. However I am affraid that the visa itself will be denied at interview. I front loaded my petition heavily. I didn't however screen the whatsapp messages very well. There are some arguments in there. It doesn't look good AT ALL if that is all that is read. From reading several Lagos consulate reviews, I am positive that the visa is either approved or denied ahead of the interview. I am so afraid of the mistake I made. UGH....

I doubt you would e denied over whatsapp communications since that's not primary evidence. What the CO whats to see is much facetme days together visits I pray you have alot of that like a few visits or at last 21 days together. Thats what matters.

No I visited for five days. With my job and school age child-circumstances. I can't take that much time off. I went during my son's spring break. If I am gone two hours off work, they act like the sky fell. I did address all those red flags in the cover sheet and in a tab on my 6part folder. I attached four affadavits; two from my family and two from his.

I doubt that the wattsapp will be relevant, probably they will not even read them.

Visited only five days, K-1visa, and Nigeria. That's very tough. Keep us posted.

Couples that do not argue or have no conflict at all have zero communication, ergo, you are normal and genuine, which is an A+.
