your case is complete. You can call the NVC to verity it, if you want too. The NVC will send you an e-mail When they have schedule your interview. Then you will need to schedule your medical exam at st lukes, you will need to take a copy of interview letter with you to st lukes

If you go to st lukes website it will list what you need to bring. You can also register and fill out your information

It did not take long for them to schedule my interview but I know others members on here from the Philippines had to wait a little longer for their interviews.

I do not really know how the nvc and the embassy schedules the interview

Still I do not think it will be that long for you

A k-1 visa will schedule their own interview If you are a IR-1/CR-1 visa then the NVC will schedule your interview

My wife is in a K-1 visa group in face book and It helps her some with the process but a k-1 visa and spouse visa is different .Some of the process is different and we have had some augments on the process,

ahh,yea spousal is different than K1,mine is ir1 coz we been married over 2 yrs.,cr1 visa marriage not over 2 yrs..our application been almost 2 yrs now,still on process..we got checklist coz i sent the wrong papers i sent the local police record not the nbi,guess if we dont get a checklist were in the medical stage now,..

Your medical at St. Luke's is on a first come first serve basis. So go get in line early.

You can call NVC, either late or early in the morning and get through and get your case number.

It took me about 45-50 minutes on speed dial to get a call in, but they were very nice and cooperated with me very well. I got everything I asked for.

Interview will have a day and time to come to the embassy.

our case is complete april 25,2015..then today we got a checklist from NVC bout i864 affidavit of support of my husband,they want him to fill up a new i864 form aos,that have his original signature and date printed on it, and it stated that i will bring that i864 during my interview..
