It has been almost two years now that my wife is here living in Hawaii with me. And it's now time to file Form I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions On Residence).

I have filled out some parts of the Form, although I have questions which I Hope some of you all can help me with.

1. (Part 3) [Relationship]

Do I put my information from 1.a. - 6.h. ?

2. (Part 7) [signature and Contact Information of Person Preparing Form, If other than above]

My wife and I filled out the form together, Do I need to fill out 1 - 7 with my information ?

3. Fee

Do I send $505 AND $85 (separate checks) together with form?

ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED.

My wife and I filled out the form together, Do I need to fill out 1 - 7 with my information ? If she filled it and you are just helping you can leave it blank as long as it is properly signed by her abd you on part 6

3. Fee

Do I send $505 AND $85 (separate checks) together with form? Use 1 check or money order for a total of $590

My Form says it will expire on 04/30/2015 , Will there be a new updated form ? You can continue to use that form until USCIS says you can't use it anymore.

1. When to file I-751 Form? You can file 90 days before the 2 years from when she became a legal resident

2. We have a son together born on 03-21-2014, Born In Hawaii. Do I need to file any paperwork for him? No, your son is a US citizen

Just send "photos".

An original would be sending the digital file. A photo is already a printed copy of that original digital file, a photocopy would be a photo of a photo.

You can always print more, given that you have saved the digital files.

Just send "photos".

An original would be sending the digital file. A photo is already a printed copy of that original digital file, a photocopy would be a photo of a photo.

You can always print more, given that you have saved the digital files.

Send originals, Hard copy. It actually does not matter if you send originals or copies but originals, with some notes sure looks good.

What do you mean of "Just send "photos" ?

That poster was assuming you have a digital file of the photos. Since there are so few film cameras out there, you probably do.

I printed mine off on photo paper at home, 2 to the page. That leaves room to write on them about who's in them and when/where they were taken. Also using regular or photo paper in your home printer weighs less than printing out a bunch of photos which factors into the cost to ship the package.

how do i post photos on here?

You can upload them to a website like photobucket and link them or use the attach files at the bottom of the reply on a PC. I do not think you can do it on a mobile phone.
