I'm sure this has been listed somewhere before, but I just want post my checklist and have the members tell me if I'm missing anything. I broke it down into two sections' what my fiancee should already have and the things I'll be bringing with me when I arrive in SG.

My fiancee should already have:

· Appointment Letter

· K-Instruction Package Letter

· Duplicate Visa fee receipt, issued by HSBC or Post

· Valid passport. Copy and original. It should have at least 8 months more validity

· 2 Visa Photos, with name and birth date on back

· Justice Record Check #2, issued by the Vietnam Department of Justice office, in her district within the past year.

· Birth Certificate, original and copy

· Identification (ID) Card original and copy

· Household Registration Book. (Ho Khau) original and copy.

· Medical Examination Results: These are in envelope provided by the Panel Physician. DO NOT OPEN the envelope.

I'm bringing:

· Original signed I-134 (Affidavit of Support).

· Certified Copy or Transcripts of my most recent Federal Tax Return

· Letter from my Employer.

· Last 3 to 6 Pay Stubs

· Original or Certified Copy of my Birth Certificate

· Original or Certified Copy of Proof of Legal Termination of Marriages.

· Proof of Ongoing Relationship to include current and the initial proof I submitted, when I front loaded our petition.

Samples of emails, phone bills, IM messages, IM logs, receipts for monies or presents sent to her.

My current travel itineraries, and visa stamps from my passport.

I also need to update my timeline

Does anyone think I missed anything or need to add anything to my list?

There are a few documents that have been discussed on this forum in the past. Some CO's would ask for them, some would not. But when they do and if you do not have it/them, you will get a Blue slip. It all depends on how they view your relationship (genuine or potential fraud).

1. Timeline relationship

2. 10-year residency history (petitioner and beneficiary)

3. List of relatives, their address, and phone numbers (petitioner and beneficiary)

4. Current address and phone number of ex-spouse(s)

I had all of those documents drafted up and notarized. I had my then-fiancee do the same. We brought them to the interview and no one asked to see them. Hah. YMMV.

I added a relationship timeline and residency history when I front loaded my petition. I guess I'll update them and create a list of my relatives, which I assume is immediate family only.

Which relatives would they want from my fiancee? I'm assuming any VK's, that are residing in the US. She'll probably just need to list her Uncle 6, Uncle 7 and her cousin who moved here last year. I can't see needing every single cousin that she may or may not have met before.

As far as my ex-spouse goes, I don't keep tabs on her and could care less where she lives or what her phone number is.

Something like this will work. Include a proof of current address (e.g.: electric bill, property tax record, etc.)

Name of ex-spouse

Address

Phone

DOB

POB

The accompanying document serves as proof of my ex-spouse's current address.

State of <state>

County of <county>

On this ___________ day of <month> <year>, before me, a Notary Public for said County and State, personally appeared <petitioner's name>, identified to me by his <state> Driver's License _________________________, to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument, and acknowledged to me that he executed the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official seal the day and year in this certification first above written.
