hello everyone!

on 30th of jenuary we got email from USCIS that our intervew on 16th of february is canceled.

we didn't get any notice in the mail,so i guess better that we go to the intervew anyway.

my husband (govement woker) has a day off on friday 16th because of federal holiday on monday 19th, so i was wondering if USCIS has federal holiday on friday too, or it's just monday for them? we can't call the place we are going to, they don't have phone # (wierd hah?).

Not only SHOWING up for the appointment, but taking a copy of the email to show them what you received might be a good idea. Sometimes I wonder about USCIS.....

I know that February 19th is a Federal Holiday (Presidents Day). Still, if the interview is scheduled for either February 16th or February 19th I would still go, why risk missing something this important?
