Case complete email!!!

I called nvc last week and they told me our case was completed on April 10 but I haven't receive my case complete email yet. It has been 13 days already, should I call nvc?? Any advice guys?? Thanks!

I do not think i got a case complete e-mail from Nvc and if you did you would not need it

on your timeline it shows you are doing a cr-1 visa. If so then you will receive an e-mail with instructions once the nvc shedule your interview

you will need the interview e-mail or letter
