I know this question has been probably been asked a million times, but I cannot find it, so here it goes:

Is it possible to send the AOS and IV package together before the IV invoice becomes available? if so, what cover sheet do I include in the IV package?

thank you in advance

Yes, you can send them after your AOS bill appears as PAID.

For the IV package you will include the AOS barcoded sheet, meaning you need two copies (one for AOS, one for IV).

I sent them both together. I just attached the NVC AOS cover to the AOS package that was just held together by a binder clip. I put the IV package with its own binder clip under the AOS. Each package also had my own cover letter listing the contents.

And I sent the whole package before being invoiced on the IV.
