i just received our nvc case # and IInumber today, i asked the nvc customer service rep about the 2x2 picture, if i need to send it to the nvc together with the package or can my son's guardian send it to them, but i was told that they only need the Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page and birthcertificate of my son... and i was also told that 2x2 pic will only be needed at the US embassy. does anybody experienced that they werent able to send a 2x2 pic at the nvc and later send the picture to the us embassy? tia for the reply :)
