My fiancée is from cape verde but she's currently living in portugal, do I have to petition her while she's in portugal or she has to go back to cape verde? I hope to get some great informations here Thanks all!

You should get on a computer and sif through the post on this site..there are lots of similar stories like yours. You can read and check their status and see what's going on with them.

It's a perfectly reasonable question, to which you essentially added nothing in 36 words.

OP, provided your fiancée is legally resident in the country in which they live then they can interview there; if they are not legally resident then they would need to return to their country of origin to interview there.

Thank you very much for the informations! I have another question, it is just the interview that she has to be interviewed if she is legally a resident on that country or she has to go back to cape verde to get interviewed there if she's not legally a resident of that country? Just the in interview or the whole process?
