Me and my husband will apply for AOS in 2 weeks.

My husband knows that he will change jobs and become an owner of a Deli in August, so in a few months.

My question is:

What does he have to do?

Do we have to notify USCIS? Now or later or not at all?

How can he proof his income as a fresh owner of a business?
