Change of Address advice needed

We sent Dave's ROC application last Thursday and found out later that day (confirmed yesterday) we will be moving next Tuesday. Per USPS, the package was delivered to CSC yesterday.

When should we change our address with USCIS? Now? When we're in transit? When we arrive at our new home?

We do plan on submitting change of address forms with USPS, we just don't want Dave's NOA1 getting stuck in limbo or worse being sent back to immigration.

Also, how do we change his address if we've not received his application number? Should we call directly or will completing the online form out suffice?

Hi,

Make sure you forward all of your mail with usps to your new address. That's good for a year only.

Then you need to fill the form AR-11 and I-865. I would also wait until you get the NOA it's should arrive within the first two weeks.

Sorry I forgot mention that you should do that within 30 days of moving
