I hope to be applying for Adjustment of Status having arrived in the US on VWP. My spouse is a USC. I have visitors insurance but I want to apply for Obamacare/Marketplace Health Insurance. I know from the website that applying for AOS makes one eligible for this, but I can't work out at which stage of the application process this takes effect. Can someone tell me which form I will need to provide after I begin the filing process that will get me onto the program? Thank you!

  • Victim of Trafficking Visa
  • Adjustment to LPR Status
  • Asylum (see note below)
  • Withholding of Deportation, or Withholding of Removal, under the immigration laws or under the Convention against Torture (CAT) (see note below)

  • Notice of Action (I-797)

Visitors Insurance only applies if you are going back.
