when did you send the I-129F?

after submitting it, within 2-3 weeks you will receive a letter called Notice Of Action (NOA1) that they have received it. Did you already receive this?

this flowchart shows avg time for each phase

Can you please fix your timeline? It is super hard to help you when you're timeline is all over the place. According to your timeline you married in 2014 and now you're applying for a fiance visa and at the same time you're doing a petition for an alien relative. If your timeline doesn't make sense it is super hard for us to help you.

So which one of all these petitions are we talking about here? The fiance visa? You seemed to have filed about a month ago and you have received your NOA1. Have you been able to check your status prior to this day? Have you checked if USCIS is doing maintenance which would make checking your status unavailable?

had you created a login/password or did you type in the USCIS # in the window and click "Check Status" on this page?

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

I would suggest try putting in the USCIS # in this page and cut and paste the message you get if it's an error so we can understand it better.

Hello ilpadrino

It seems this is happening to many people http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/543915-k1-visa-application-receipt-wac/

So i wouldnt worry that it's happening to you and is usually something systemic (like overall delay in processing or computer servers down etc).

Monitor the forum for other threads on this and when things improve, people will post their updates.

Cheers

Sometimes it takes a while for thr cases to show up. Mine took 2 months.

Just keep in mind the K3 is very rare and you will most likely end up in the CR1 route. I suggest studying the NVC process.

Yes, this happened to me as well, and I am finally outside the 40 day window to have my case elevated. The rep said it was some sort of glitch, but I called anyway to speak to a USCIS officer to make sure I am not missing any pertinent information. I am awaiting a call-back as we speak (good luck, right). My case has been updated or "touched" twice since this happened and I don't want to be waiting for them to fix a glitch and then months later find out they were requesting information. I know hard copies are sent as well, but I just moved and updated my address and name and everything, so who knows where my mail is going for the next month. Keep calling USCIC until you speak to an officer and get a definite answer. Hope this helps!
