I would like to know anyone who has paid ELIS fee recently,I have been trying to pay since Friday last week without success.Says the website is undergoing maintenance.

Anyone with similar problem.

Hi! I paid my visa fee on Elis website yesterday and it was successful. It's pretty hard to register but I made it! I hope you did too! Good luck

Good for you Maryfran,

I have tried and tried,but wont let me pay! My son has tried with his laptop,same thing,very frustrating! Why cant they make things easy and simple for people to pay,for example!?!.Wish there was another way.Called one time and this fellow said I didnt know how to use computer,very rude!

So sorry to hear that! Try to go on USCIS channel on Youtube, there is two videos on how to create an account and how to make a payment. It should be helpful. Good luck

what browser are you using? and what computer?

Maybe its just a compatibility issue?

Thank you guys for the info,

Sometimes you do something and reach a point where you throw up your arms and say, "to hell with it"!.I have tried using my computer(lenovo), with different browers,nothing.Had my son try-he is better at computers than I-nothing!Today have been trying with computers at work,nothing. We have an account,we go thru all the phases,enter all info,but when we reach page for payment,says system error,then ridecting,and that is where we get stuck.It is very very frustrating and annoying.My wife is here,maybe I will just walk in local office with her and try from there.
