Red flag over religious differences?

Does this mean you finally understand that the balcony photos (lovely as I'm sure they are) are not going to be enough? Miracles do happen.

Next time, get some photos of you side by side (in the same room), and then a few photos of you both together with his sisters and ideally his parents too. The more, the better.

Yes we are planning this. For the record, when we met in Morocco it was during a religious event and this is why we didnt meet face to face. I didnt want to get into that but i have been getting attacked left and right and its hard to explain.

Not sure if again is the word I would use.

Just a suggestion but why not move to Egypt? He is going to feel much more comfortable in such an environment.

I have a business here and im getting an RV to go on the road with my budiness.

Please, if you're asking for help you need to be open to accepting that help or you might as well not even ask the question. People here are trying to help you and you're very rude.

I am going to be honest and you're not going to like it and most likely I'll be blocked but I am going to tell you the truth anyway because I want to help you.

Your whole case has a lot of red flags. I don't know how they are going to look at your religious differences or how your uncle is going to affect your case. I do know that since Egypt is a high fraud country, only meeting him once will not be enough. Not being near him won't be enough. Not having photos of you actually standing together as a couple won't be enough. You have to visit him more and you need to take photos where you're actually next to each other. Not several stories apart or anything like that. US Immigration does not care about your religious rules, they only care about protecting their country and avoiding visa fraud.

Good luck with your journey.

Your are at CSC. June may well be too late for this "more intimate visit".

You should block everyone who doesn't tell you that you'll be just fine. By the time you're done, there'll be no posts visible to you on this thread.

It's already too late for that. I've seen any number of cases where people have done a fly by to meet the "must have met requirement" after they have already filed. They were denied. And the appeal was denied as well.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

If you had just explained fully in the first place, then the eruption wouldn't have happened. A lack of information makes it hard to give proper advice. I hope you now understand why everyone was so hung up on the photo aspect.

Plan well, be ready to re-file after the June meeting.

You'll probably have to re-file the I-129f when you have the proper evidence, though.

I for one do not understand the balcony photos. And I thought I had read the whole thread.

I think his sisters must be in the US?

I wondered that, but didn't dare ask. Probably.

One more thought I just had.

If his last fiance (or girlfriend) was a Coptic Christian, and you are Pentecostal, then the religious differences thing may have a second obstacle. From what I understand, Coptics are more similar to Catholics and Pentecostals are rather different than Catholics. So, you could face a situation like this:

Officer: "Explain how you two are handling the religious differences"

Beneficiary: "We are tolerant of each other's beliefs. We agree on issues such as A, B and C."

Officer: "What religious issues have you two been able to discuss that caused problems?"

Beneficiary: "We didn't agree on D and E. I was engaged (or dated) a Christian before and those problems didn't come up."

Officer: "Why did your last relationship end and why is this relationship going to succeed?"

Beneficiary: "My fiance doesn't believe in F and G like my last fiance (or girlfriend)"

I don't know what's going to happen, I just like to think of dramas in my head!

Signature coming soon...

It's from a thread that got closed pretty quick because it was reported for "personal attacks"... They do not have pictures of them standing together. As I understood it, he stood on a balcony a few stories up and she was on the ground.

I am sorry but it feels like drilling is needed as you do not seem to want to hear this. What I am trying to say is, it will take a miracle for you guys not to get an RFE or get denied and you need to be prepared to refile with better proof of a bona fide relationship.

His sisters are traveling right now.not my place to explain why. They will be in chicago in may. I will see them then

His sisters are not the ones you need to meet. Him. You need to meet him. And his parents.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Well, knowing why his family is visiting in the US is the sort of thing couples know about their families (or do they live in the US?). Are they not close?

That is what I did not get, together has a different to normal meaning?
