I-131 question

Hello everyone! I have a few questions about the AP. we just received our approval today. My questions are:

1. We were not required to do biometrics for the AP application. I had biometrics done last year when I applied for the AOS and employment authorization. Is that the reason why they didn't require us get biometrics done for this AP application?

2. How long does it usually take to get the approval notice in the mail and the AP card/ paper itself?

3. How safe is it to travel with a pending I485 with an AP?

I-131 AP does not require biometrics, should be about a week to receive, i don't know what form of document they send to you, when you file I-765 and I-131 together you receive one card that covers both. No problems traveling, we have been back to Thailand 2 times, airline tickets in same name as in passport, bring marriage certificate if you did a name change, also, when booking, if you have a connecting flight,factor in time for secondary inspection when you return, can possibly take considerable time.
